Welcome to our little oasis by the beach. Our beautiful unit is a great getaway from life and the outside world. Take a load of f and enjoy the patio setting. The kitchen is fully equipped. A king bed in the master bedroom. Bunk bed(queen on bottom, twin on top) and a twin sleeper in the guest bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Three flat screen TV's with cable. Ceramic tile throughout. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved condo 326. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Relaxing vacation with gorgeous views of the pool and ocean! Grounds are well-maintained and there was a family-oriented atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway

The property, beautiful area and very clean. The worst things were checking in and not being able to get in because the wrong tag was written down which has nothing to do with the property. Also, the ants, on the first floor by the sofa was like a party for ants, they kept multiplying every single time I would kill them. After complaining about it the first night I got in a maintenance man showed up early and I didn’t hear him knock and he walked in, to spray although I was grateful he did it scared me. Besides this, great property, restful and a nice retreat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was great? I think the pool had too much chlorine! Never an issue in previous stays. Suits had an overwhelming odor of chlorine after a swim in the pool. our bodies smelled of chlorine too. Not good for swim suits or our bodies.

quiet, relaxing, very well equipped

The apartment was perfect for us as a family. We had enough space for all us. The kitchen is very well equipped. We even made smoothies. The location so close to the ocean was great for us. We went walking and looked for shells every day. We went down to Flagler Beach to watch the launch from Cape Kenney - very cool. It was a quiet and relaxing vacatuon for us. The staff in the office was very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Summerhouse for many years and have stayed in many units and 326 was one of the best. First, it was super clean! A clean unit is so important to me and, I’ve been sorely disappointed through the years, but not this time. The owners have done a wonderful job creating a beautiful, comfortable place to enjoy our favorite beach. We hope to be back at 326 for years to come!
