Welcome to Seaside at Anastasia! A gated community located across the street from the beach and St. Johns County Pier Park and easy walking to many great restaurants and shops. Amenities include a heated pool and fitness center. Less than 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine. This beautifully updated and spacious 2nd floor unit’s layout and decor are designed to relax. It combines function and ease with a beachy feel. The 2 newly updated baths will leave you feeling serene. There is new flooring throughout the common areas and master bedroom. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all needed amenities. The comfortably attired living room has a TV and sleeper sofa. There are 3 bedrooms: the master has a king and TV, one guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the other guest bedroom has 2 twins. The unit is wifi enabled and comes with its own washer/dryer. So come and enjoy both historic St Augustine and beautiful St Augustine Beach while staying at this lovely unit.

new bathmats needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were flooded at our home and resort rentals found us this condo, worked with our instance company's requests, extended us as needed. It's a well kept clean condo, upscale, right across from the beach.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at numerous condos at Seaside at Anastasia over the past 5 years. While I loved the location this condo was the least equipped of all the condos we have rented and the least clean. I had to clean vacuum the couch to clean the dog hair off and the couch smelled like a wet dog, the shower had hair in it and I had to clean the patio side tables because the glass was black they were so dirty. There was very few items for the beach, we actually contributed 2 umbrellas and anchors to the condo. The AC did not work well, was extremely loud and had to be turned off multiple times to allow the unit to reset. One of the bedroom windows also could not lock which felt a bit unsafe as it was on the entry side of the condo. Also did not have a combo lock which was inconvenient and resulted in a lost key when changing hands many times in sharing with our family. I love this location and will rent here again but not at this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo. I would suggest a 4 slice toaster as well as new bath mats. The family room rug could be updated.We were more than satisfied, great location and well appointed.
