Modern Coastal vibes welcome you to unwind. With an open concept kitchen-living area, you can enjoy a nice meal, relax in the screened in patio or veg out after a sunny day at the beach. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and spacious closets. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. Make yourself at home and stay as long as you can. Sleeps 4 with 2 new Queen mattresses and can accommodate a 5th with requested cot. Surrounded by shopping options, restaurants, and easy access to St. Petersburg, Clearwater or Tampa.

We take pride in going above and beyond when furnishing our rentals so that our guest are truly comfortable. Location is key for beach rentals but we feel that it's equally important that we provide you with the best sleeping and lounging experience so that you are well rested and have the energy to enjoy each day to the fullest.

Cleanliness is our #1 Priority! We uphold the highest standards to assure that you feel welcomed and comfortable so that you can have peace of mind from the moment you arrive to checkout.

The whole house is yours including garage - laundry area, screened in patio and spacious backyard is for your enjoyment. Beach gear and washer/dryer located in the garage.

We are local and attentive to our guests at all times. We love where we live and we can't wait to share why with you!

The couch had a very large stain on the cushion which the host was aware of. The floors were dirty which took 3 mopping’s to get clean. Our house dogs got infested with fleas. Mold in the tub area. Mouse in the walls. Disgusting back yard which looks like a war zone. Leaves everywhere. Stained bedding. Living room rug had not been vacuumed for quite some time. Under the couch cushions had not been cleaned for quite some time. The pictures are not current and does not reflect how badly the back yard looks.

Great place to stay!

We came down to meet up with our son! It was a great place to stay. Very clean and confortable! Lots of extras including laundry soaps, soaps and lotions, coffee, paper towels and toilet paper. It was nice to have everything stacked up that we didn’t have to go out and purchase. The lanaiwas a nice place to hang out!

Recently remodeled, super clean & organized home in a great location for beaches, walking, biking and shopping convenience. Hosts are thoughtful and responsive. Overall good spot!

Wonderful place

I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids, and it was the perfect home base for our Florida get away. This house was lovely. It was very clean and new, with a lovely screened-in patio as well as an outdoor patio. The couch in the living room was super cozy, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The garage had everything we needed for a great day at the beach. Blake and Tatiana were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, including providing an extra pack and play.

Seminole Stay

Only a little bit of confusion about the laundry facilities that was quickly resolved. Good location in a quiet neighborhood but close to public access to Madiera Beach and a reasonable drive to Botanical Gardens and St Petersburg attractions.

Girls get away

Had a great experience in Seminole! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay. Blake was excellent to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this house for your next stay in Madeira Beach/North Remington Beach area.
