A stunning 5 Bedroom home with plenty of gathering space and a very large pool overlooking the water way that leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. You will love this home for its luxe amenities, location being a short drive to Fort Myers Beach, and ease of access to the many great restaurants and shopping centers within Fort Myers.

The upper level of the home features a full kitchen with a walk-out balcony, living room, and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, bedroom #3 has two twin beds, and these rooms share the hallway bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sunroom attached to the master bedroom that has a slider door to the patio above the pool.

The lower level of the home has many great features including 2 additional bedrooms, more fun gathering spaces, and another fully equipped kitchen that opens to be an indoor/outdoor bar! The inside bar has access to kitchen appliances and a TV while the outside bar has stools to relax in after spending time in the pool. Roll up the shutter and you can enjoy both areas at the same time! Each of the lower bedrooms have a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The living room area has a large comfy couch, bigger TV and shuffleboard.

The large pool area and outdoor gathering spaces provide plenty of room for cookouts and activities, including fishing off the dock. There is also a half bathroom located on the back of the home for easy access from the pool deck. Please note, the pool and hot tub are both HEATED. The hot tub will melt away all your worries and the kids will enjoy the pool slide for hours! Even at night, the pool deck can be enjoyed as it’s equipped with many fun lights.

This place is perfect for boaters! Although the boat lifts are NOT included in the rental and are off limits, there are boat cleats in the sea wall on the empty lot to the right that can be used to tie off your boat. This canal will take you to the Gulf of Mexico in minutes! The dock has a nice fish cleaning station as well.

The property is clean and well kept. Great for family gatherings, friend groups, or travel ball teams. Plenty of parking too! This unit has keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This house is nearby a lot of great restaurants as well!
