Stunning single family home along the Waialae Country Club Golf Course, with a dazzling swimming pool and a tropical backyard. Located on East Oahu, open concept kitchen with dinning room, family room, living room and laundry room. Travertine tiles, hardwood flooring throughout house, carpets in all bedrooms with split ACs. Sunbathe by the pool on the comfortable lounge chairs, read a book or cook on the BBQ grill and watch TV.

Short 5 minutes drive to Kahala Shopping Mall, explore a few local favorite restaurants, coffee shops, also a few popular chain restaurants. Diamond Head is 10 minutes driving distance and across street is the famous KCC Farmer's Market open every Saturday's. Downtown Honolulu/Waikiki is 15 minutes away, full of entertainments, restaurants, luxury shopping and the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Lovely home and property management was very responsive to questions and concerns. Maintenance folks were very nice, especially Eric who cleaned the pool weekly. Great family home! Would stay here again!

Location and house floor plan were perfect for the 7 of us. All bedrooms had a split AC and TV. Also aside from the twin bedroom, other bedrooms had a California King size bed - larger than advertised in 2 of the rooms, and a nice surprise. Kitchen was very well equipped. Pool has warm salt water with working waterfall, very nice! Location is very convenient to get anywhere on Oahu. Very close to restaurants, shopping and food and beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return.

Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in this luxurious house for a month and had a very comfortable and wonderful stay.The location was convenient and we were able to enjoy Honolulu. The home is very big in size and perfect for our big family. Also, very clean and in good shape and even if there were any problems the management staff always responded promptly to our request . We would definitely like to stay again.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood

We brought the whole family for a one month vacation in Hawaii, and everyone enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! We love the spacious living area and bedrooms, individual bathrooms, outdoor seating area, beautiful garden, and of course the swimming pool! Location is unbeatable in a quite upscale neighborhood that’s next to restaurants, grocery, beach and golf. The property is well managed and maintained. AC in one of the rooms broke down during our stay, and the team provided great support in backup plans and AC replacement. The only minor complaint (probably as a trade off for having well connected outdoor space) is we found quite some geckos and cockroaches in the house. Overall this is a great place for family vacation! We will wish to come back!

Hawaii Family Work/Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental home was beautiful! We had lots of space to be comfortable and to spread out! There are lots and lots of aggressive mosquitos, cockroaches, worms, and flys in and around the home- something we weren’t quite expecting. Also- the grill, washing machine, and speaker system could use an upgrade- they are very dated and sometimes wouldn’t work, which is a bit unacceptable at this price point. Ali’I handled everything as well as they could, but the home is in need of updates. I’m sure we called maintenance multiple times weekly, which shouldn’t be the case.

Christmas 2024

Great property but there were to major frustrations; after grilling a steak for less than ten minutes the propane ran out, ok so put the backup bottle in only to find the backup was empty. Second thing was the door code changed because of the way the accounting department set it up. Got home on 1/1, and could not get in. Because it was New Year’s Day it took a while to finally talk to a person. These are details that can make things very frustrating

Everything was clean, nicely decorated and we felt at being home. The house offers a lot of luxury. The beds are very comfortable and the hole location offers a lot of space. The house is old, but Alii beach rentals renovated it very nicely. Once we had a complaint about the TV, it was completely replaced within a few hours. We are extremely pleased with our stay and the service provided by Alii beach rentals and we love to come back next year.
