Welcome to paradise! You are staying at a Luxury beach home directly on the sandy beach of the Historic Capitola Venetians. The Capitola Beach is known for it's warm white sand, people watching, bright colors, volleyball, food galore with it's 28 restaurants and entertainment, shopping and just hanging-out.
My home is just 12 STEPS to the sand, whereby you may partake in drink and food on the Venetians private property. The amenities include a large stainless Gas BBQ, 3 easy accesses to the beach, and 2 Jacuzzi's in each M. Bedroom.
The fun continues with volleyball, boogie boards, and about 10 beach chairs with an umbrella! Almost every room has an ocean view. Kids LOVE my home because they have Pizza My Heart only about a 2 minute walk away, and Adults LOVE my home because the kids can safely go anywhere without having to drive the kids!!! At my home, you are not limited to 2 or 3 hours of parking, as you can park for FREE as long as you like!

My home has 4 bedrooms, with 5 beds ready to sleep 10 people, all in beds. NO pull-out couches!

1). The M. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with it's own private full bathroom and Jacuzzi tub, overlooking the ocean.

2). M. Bedroom #2 has a full bed, also with it's own Jacuzzi tub.

3). The front bedroom has a Day Bed (2 twins) that can be made into a queen bed.

4). The former billiard room has 2 queen futons, perfect for kids.
There is also a small refrigerator and sink/bar area. This room has easy access to the sandy beach

5). Lastly, a portable baby crib is provided in the front bedroom, with a pad, if needed.

My home has full 3 bathrooms:

1). The M. #1 bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and skylight.

2). The front 'hallway' bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and skylight.

3). The 3rd Bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with cookware, including a gas stove, microwave, and drip coffeemaker with paper filters. There are plenty of dish cloths and/or paper towels, too. Also, plenty of BBQ utensils.

House Details:

My home is the largest home in the Venetians that rents out to Guests, consisting of 1845 sq. feet.

The Neighborhood:
Capitola is the perfect village for families and groups, as many shops, restaurants, and entertainment can be enjoyed at any time day! Many more eateries and shops fill the streets surrounding the house. Capitola is the most desired village in Santa Cruz County as lots of activities or events take place most of the year, including marathons, surfing, sunbathing, swimming and just relaxing.! There are about 28 restaurants and eateries in Capitola, including the Capitola Grill, Trestles, Mr. Toot's Coffeeshop, Caruso's, Margaritaville, Zelda's, the Brittannia Arms, and the coveted Shadowbrook. And don't forget Gayle's bakery is a must!

The 2 homes in front of me are under construction, however only Monday thru Friday.....

Great location, wonderful family get away!

We stayed for a family get away with our kids and another family. The owner was very helpful and communicated well with us. The house was large and great for two families, with plenty of privacy for all. The views from the deck are great! We had a wonderful time and would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was amazing. The house was perfectly located a few steps from beach and the village of Capitola. We cooked most meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed for 10 people. Such a Fun Place to Stay!

Great Week in Capitola

Spent the week in Leonard's place in Capitola. He was a gracious host with all of the amenities you would expect. The house is spacious and comfortable. He also provided great recommendations for places to go. We made good use of the grill, and it is literally steps from the beach. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect location

My fiancƩ and I came with a group of friends for Labor Day weekend and would definitely stay here again! Leonard was so helpful and even saved us a parking spot. We loved being able to walk everywhere we were steps from the beach and close to all the restaurants and shopping. I loved leaving our windows open to listen to the ocean all night! We will be back !

Awesome Beach Getaway

Leonard was the perfect host and the house was the setting for a perfect family vacation. Leonard waited for us to check in and saved us a prime parking spot. His house was well appointed and had all if the necessary items for a great rental. We ate all of our meals in the house and used the outdoor grill too. The beach is steps away. The waves lull you to sleep. Book your stay now!

Return Visit

It was great to visit Capitola again. This trip was originally scheduled for Easter week, but was rescheduled (with ease) for November. Working with Leonard was a pleasure. The place is as Leonard describes it, and just steps from the beach. Great place to watch the sunrise. Everything is open again in the Village (albeit at reduced capacity). Everyone I dealt with in town was welcoming in these nutty times.

Best Beach Location!

I rented this house for a girls weekend and the location is perfect. It's a a couple of steps to the beach and a short walk to all of the Capitola restaurants and bars. The home really does sleep 10 and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and cocktailing. Leonard was a super host. He went out of his way to make sure we had free parking for the weekend, we knew how everything in the home worked, and he was super responsive to all of my questions. I wish I could live there...

What makes this House unique:
Super relaxed environment. Right on the beach. One to two minute walk to great restaurants & entertainment. Seagulls and fishing. Ocean breeze and seagull sounds all day!

I fell in Love with the Capitola Historic Venetians many years ago. I first purchased one unit, then another and combined them to create a new completely remodeled, beautiful beach home in the Heart of Capitola Village.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

SMOKE FREE......AND PET FREE.....My home is only 12 steps to the sand.........28 restaurants and shopping within a 2 minute walk!....You will hear the waves rummaging through the wharf on its way to the sand........You overlook the Wharf, the Esplanade (many great restaurants and shops), the surfers, the Wharf To Wharf race, the Art & Wine Festival, the Sand Castles, the sailboats and of course the sea!......Both Master Suites have a Jacuzzi Tub, so you can look at the beach while soaking away in a bubble bath!.The nice thing about Capitola is that you don't need to drive anywhere. Everything is within an easy walk, or if you prefer to take public transportation, that is available as well....There are so many great restaurants: The Shadow Brook, The Stockton Bridge, Bella Roma, Margaritaville, Carusos, Paradise Beach and Lillians. A great breakfast omelet overlooking the ocean is at the end of the Capitola Wharf at the Wharf Restaurant.
