This delightful vacation rental boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with charming, classic pieces that enhance the home's warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a coastal getaway.

One bedroom features a cozy double bed, while three bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen bed for a restful stay. The fifth bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a single bed and an additional floor mattress, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests.

Inside, a piano in the living room stands ready for those eager to fill the house with music. The home also features a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy cooking or simply want the comforts of home during their stay.

Outside, our patio serves as a peaceful retreat, overlooking the tranquil Soquel Creek—an ideal spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a good book.

The outdoor patio on the river is completely separated from the house, which is on the street side of the property.  Please note: the beautiful fenced Riverfront lawn area is shared with the front house, where the very friendly owner and his family occasionally stay.

Best of all, all of Capitola's attractions are just a stone's throw away. From restaurants to shops and the beach, everything is within easy walking distance.

Capitola is California’s oldest seaside resort town and continues to be a popular spot for those looking for a picturesque, quaint, and relaxing vacation destination. Capitola has a unique charm with its beautiful beaches and historic and colorful architecture, reminiscent of a Mediterranean village. The perfect spot to visit year-round, you will find an idyllic sleepy beach town in the Winter months and a bustling beach destination in the Summer months.

**Please note: there is street parking only, and no dedicated parking spot. You will be provided with a Village Parking Pass to place on your dashboard. The back patio may be shared occasionally with the owners and their family, but the river's edge patio is exclusively for guest use!
