Cozy Updated 3B Home - 5 minutes to the Old Mill!

This 3 bed / 1 bath home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on .3 acres with a fully fenced backyard, ample on-site parking to serve as a basecamp for adventures and private relaxation station after all your Bend activities. Conveniently located 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, you can float the river, take in an outdoor concert at the Amphitheater, easily enjoy all the shops, breweries, and sights of the town. With this convenient and central location you have quick access to area Mountain Biking, Mt Bachelor for winter activities, and all Central Oregon has to offer.

The house has been updated to make your stay comfortable with a Mini Split Heater / AC that works very well all seasons, updated kitchen / bedrooms (2022). The back porch & landscaped back garden is a great place to relax and enjoy being outside, or BBQ'ing with family or friends. A large driveway allows for ample parking and ability to park up to a medium sized 20' trailer if you're traveling with your off-road toys like snowmobiles, motorcycles, or side by side.

Maximum night stay is 7 nights.

Sleeping:
Two rooms include a queen size bed, and third room includes loft style twin bed. Hide-away sofa bed in family room can sleep 2 adults. Comfortably the house can accommodate 4 - 5 adults / 2 children, or 4 adults - 3 children.

House Rules:
- Please be respectful! This is our home, and our neighborhood as well. Enjoy yourself, but not at the expense of us, or our neighbors.
- No Smoking or vaping (Inside, or Out).
- No Pets.
- Quiet time 8:30pm.
- House is on Septic, not City Sewer. Please be thoughtful of what goes down drains / toilets. No personal hygiene products down the toilets please. Only toilet paper.
- Food waste goes to garbage, not disposal in sink.
- Woodstove access (please ask, it's un-needed unless single digit temps)
- Coffee / Tea / Bottled Water / Popcorn complimentary available to our guests.
