Great home to stay at with young kiddos. There isn’t a lot of decor/clutter for littles to knock over/mess with- which we appreciate! House was clean and well stocked with cooking essentials. Easy check in and host was very attentive. Would stay here again!

Absolutely loved the place. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond and very proactive to ensure our stay was perfect. Would recommend this place and would definitely love to stay here again!

We loved our stay and the communication was great with the property managers. Everything was as expected. We didn’t have bath towels our first night (found them tucked in drawers two days later) and ran out of trash bags but it was easily fixed on all accounts. We truly appreciated the surrounded deck for our dogs, they could be “outside” to sniff the air. The kids enjoyed their own rooms. Both the primary and one bedroom have room darkening shades. The neighborhood was quiet and a quick bike ride or walk to the North Store. Like most rentals, the cooking gear (pots/pans/utensils) needs updating, but it was sufficient for our needs.

Very clean house and hot tub. There was a small issue we needed help with. The response was immediate and issue was resolved. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. Kitchen was well stocked. I think you will enjoy this house

The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. My husband loved the hot tub. The property was very clean and the management team checked in with us via text daily to be sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. It was comforting knowing someone was available if we had a problem, especially during the holidays.

This place is the result of someone trying to offer a rental but putting in the least amount of effort possible. We should have known, booking our vacation so late there was a reason this place was still available. Where to start? The place is so minimally decorated it’s worse than a hotel. The majority of the bedrooms had no art on the walls, and no lamps on the nightstands. There’s one small TV in the living room that is so old it kept restarting in the middle of whatever we were trying to stream, so we gave up. The place shows an outdoor dining table and chairs, but when we arrived, it was in the garage, broken. They didn’t provide any bathmats, which were a major slipping hazard, so we had to use towels and did wash nearly every day. Not to mention that the light was out in the bathroom, so we had to shower in the dark. The water heater is so small that when my daughter tried taking a bath when one of us was showering, she got cold water. Plus the drain on the bath didn’t work, so she couldn’t take a bath anyway. I could go on. When we complained, they offered minimum assistance, and the majority of what was wrong they couldn’t have fixed anyway. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great home -- enjoyed the location, SHARC passes, walking/biking paths, tennis courts, etc. The hot tub and BBQ were a perfect way to end the day and relax as a family. House has 1 adult bike -- would be nice if there were 2 (brought kids bikes and had to take turns riding with them).

Everything was great. Coffee pot is only a 5 cup mr coffee. They did have a bean grinder and filters for it though! There is some spices and 2 out of the three beds were adjustable beds! Nice heated floors in the matter bathroom.

Pros:- newer kitchen and bath countertops and fixtures- hot tub was very clean- completely enclosed deck Cons:- only 1 bike (most sunriver rentals have 4 or more)- backs up to a road- kitchen could be stocked better- while it can sleep 6 it was tight, on the days we only had 4 it was ok.

Great home, beautiful area. The place was very clean. Deck was lovely and nice and private. Furniture was all very comfortable and in great condition. Having an ice maker in the freezer is so nice to have. Hot tub was very clean and well maintained. We were four adults, and although you could definitely fit six people, I think it would be a little cramped. For the four of us it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable, and two of them are adjustable! Kitchen was very functional and pretty well stocked for basic needs. Although there’s lots of neighboring homes, it’s pretty private. It was very peaceful and quiet.

The wrong code was given so check in was a bit delayed. The fire alarm went off without provocation, someone was sent to fix it, but unfortunately it wasn’t fixed so it went off again in the middle of the night…. Not a good night of sleep. Otherwise it was a clean pleasant place to stay.
