This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout gives everyone plenty of room to relax. Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and catch the big game on cable TV, which includes sports channels. When you want to take in the scenery, step out onto the private balcony for an epic view of Science World—it's the perfect spot to start your morning or watch the city light up at night.

You couldn't ask for a better home base. We are literally steps away from BC Place, Rogers Arena, and the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city or catch a game and a concert.

Traveling with kids is a breeze. We provide a Pack 'n Play crib, a high chair, and toddler utensils so you can travel light. For downtime, fire up the Nintendo Switch—it comes loaded with many multiplayer games and 4 controllers so the whole group can play together. Please message us ahead of your stay to let us know if you need toddler pack n play or highchair.

Please keep in mind: All building amenities are managed and operated directly by the building administration. Access is strictly subject to their strata rules, seasonal availability, and specific operating hours. As a host, I have no direct control over these facilities, their hours, or unexpected maintenance closures.

Absolutely no parties or events at this home

No loud music at anytime of the day

Small car parking only (largest size car that will fit is a Tesla model y)

We use NoiseAware monitors to monitor noise levels. After your first warning if noise levels are not reduced to acceptable levels we will cancel the reservation. This is a condo building so we do not want to disturb any of our neighbors.

Airconditioning is not central in this building. we have 3 portable units available. 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. We only have them hooked up from June to October.
