Our location is one of the things we’re especially proud of, as it is very central and makes it easy to access many different areas, with the train nearby for added convenience. We’re also happy to hear that you found our communication helpful and responsive throughout your stay. We understand that the nearby train can be noticeable at times. With the windows closed, the train noise is significantly reduced, and we’re glad you noticed that it tends to slow down and become quieter later in the evening. We provide detailed check-in instructions and a digital guide with the building, parking, and key-fob information to help guests have a smooth arrival. Most guests are able to complete check-in within a few minutes, but the instructions do need to be reviewed ahead of arrival, particularly for building and parking access. Had you let us know earlier that you needed assistance with check-in or accessing the parkade, you could have sent us a message or called, and we would have been happy to assist. No concerns or inquiries about this were raised with us earlier during your stay. Our professional cleaning team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the condo between every stay. Regarding the lock, we responded when you contacted us, came to the condo to check the issue, and arranged for a locksmith to address it, as specialized tools were required. The unit and building remained secure throughout your stay. Access to the floor is restricted to guests and residents with the required key fob, and the building has security in place. We also assisted with the parking access issue as needed. Your stay took place over a long weekend, which also affected the timing of arranging the locksmith. There was no request or mention of a refund during your stay when we were there assisting you; the request was only raised after the stay was completed. We take guest feedback seriously and appreciate you sharing your perspective.
