Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

So special for our family-the perfect getaway

This property is going on our dream list to stay here again. It was perfect size for our family with the washer/dryer full kitchen 2 bathrooms everything was amazing!!! My fave part was the view of the ocean right on the patio. Peaceful, clean, excellent. Highly recommend!!

Best vacation ever

Nicest, fastest response from BeachGetaways managing team. Very clean large condo, where family members can give each other privacy. Amazing ocean view and all the fun shops and restaurants are right across the street. I’m very happy with my stay! Thank you guys so much!

Enjoyed The Stay

The stay was peaceful. I spent the majority of my time sitting on the balcony enjoying the nice oceanview. The bedrooms were comfortable. The living room furniture was comfortable. We stayed for three days and two nights, so we used the kitchen a lot for cooking. Unfortunately during my stay, the freezer was broken, so I had to throw away lots of food items that I had purchased.

Overall the property was sufficient; however, there was a terrible lingering fishy smell within the unit. I bought a couple of candles to help mask the smell, but the smell was always there. I reported it and was told someone would bring an ionizer. That never happened. But for the ever present, unpleasant smell that was upsetting to my stomach and head, we had a good trip

Tina, thank you for sharing your review of our condo. Upon arrival, it had seemed like the previous guests had some sort of fish fry to leave a smell in the condo. When you called, all of our ionizers were in use in other condos. We apologize for this inconvenience. We were able to ensure this issue was remedied upon your departure. Since your stay, we have had multiple reservations in this condo with no reports of a smell. Thank you for letting us know! Fall break 2022

Upon arrival we were impressed with the property, room location and room interior. The owners have done a great job keeping the place well maintained and decorated. Being on the second floor we had great views of the ocean. We loved the location and how quiet overall the place was. During our stay the beach was relatively open and we had plenty of room around us. The room more than accommodated our family. Only thing missing from the place in my opinion would be an onsite restaurant/bar for quick bites and drinks. We will definitely be back and think we have found our new beach vacation destination.

Family vacation

Very family friendly rental, better than expected. Only unpleasant issues were construction/replacing the boardwalk section outside of our rental so sitting on the balcony during morning and daytime made it quite noisy. Also due to our location near the pool, but not directly in front of it, a large group reserved the grill and tables everyday (at the east end, nearest our reantal) they played music very loudly throughout the day and evening the second day (of our 3 days) we finally had to say something. They did accommodate and turned it down and it was not as loud the next day. But this didn't spoil our vacation, loved everything about our rental, the people we met were fantastic, kind and polite! Would rent here again, but will definitely check on construction projects and location to our rental. We understand and appreciate the standards and upkeep of the property owners. Might have booked elsewhere due to my intolerance to the heat and was on the patio enjoying the breeze all day, until the afternoon beach time. Overall, our family of 9, 4 adults, a 4yr old, 8yr old, 15, 17, even our 20 yr old son with severe autism who has never traveled more than 2 hr/ 4 hr round trip ( we drove 12-14 hrs) maneuvered from room to elevator, to pool and boardwalk with the greatest of ease. It sounded daunting to navigate but was actually super easy!

Appliances did not work

Our washing machine wouldn’t spin. The dryer wouldn’t power on at all. We called multiple times a day. We were told they would be fixed. They were never repaired. It was a major inconvenience to not be able to do laundry. We had to go to a laundry mat

Orange Beach 2022

Condo was great. My only complaint would be the beach chairs. The sign reads 9:00-5:00. I paid $200 for 4 chairs for 3 days. On the last day, we went up to eat a late lunch. Came back to the beach around 3:00 and our chairs had already been taken up. Asked the guy and they never offered to put them back out. Bad service! Other than that, everything was good.
