Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

Has everything you need

Views, pool, beach access and location are all great. Parking was easy. Communication with Beach Getaways was top notch-they sent me updates every step of the way. We were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great condo and location with gorgeous views!

We really enjoyed this condo! It was spacious and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and the property was very well kept. Being one of the smaller Phoenix properties, our section of the beach was not crowded with tons of people unlike the areas on each side of us. Great views of the ocean and the pass where we were able to watch the boats go in and out each day and enjoy seeing dolphins from the balcony as well as gorgeous sunsets. This location was very convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. and traffic was never an issue. We will definitely keep this condo in mind the next time we plan a trip to Orange Beach!

Beautiful condo

Loved the condo. If you are going to cook, take your own dish towels. The blinds in the bedrooms did not work, just poor quality. Other than that everything was good. Top of the line balcony furniture.. will recommend this place to friends.

Pretty nice condo for the price Only complaint was i wouldn’t say it was super clean upon arrival especially being during the covid pandemic Noticed a good bit of unclean areas throughout condo when we arrived Also the dryer is absolutely horrible Had to put clothes and towels on AT LEAST 3 ....60 minute Cycles for them to be completely dry work each load Other than these few minor things we enjoyed our stay

Great beach condo

We loved this place. Plenty of room for our family and friends. Very nicely decorated with comfortable beds. My only complaint is the lack of effort from the cleaning service. When we checked in, the floors were full of sand and crumbs, most things had a thick layer of dust, and the bathrooms had hair on the floor and in the bathtub. Cleaning fees seems too high for quality of cleaning you get. I do not fault the owners for this, they weren’t there to see it but I did let the property management know. All in all, this is still a good place to rent.

Great Condo!

Great 3bd/2ba condo layout and size in convenient location! Enjoyed having recliners in the living room! Balcony furniture was very comfortable. Condo had some nice renovations several years ago, but it’s time for a few upgrades - recliners and couch need replacing and master shower needs a heavy duty cleaning. Loved the Fantasy Brown leathered quartz countertops throughout the condo!

Moms weekend away

We had a wonderful weekend away. The property was spacious with a newly renovated kitchen and bath. Most of the dishes and cooking utensils that we needed. There were no condiments available, not even salt and pepper. I found that strange as it was the first time I had stayed in a condo where they didn’t have leftover mustard and ketchup for previous guests. Maybe it is a Covid thing. The property has a corner balcony which allowed for a great wind and fresh air to enter the unit. The property is older but quite clean and well equipped with and indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub.

Short stay!

We enjoyed this location! It was easy access to the beach! We were only there for 3 nights! The condo was like pictured. Definitely highly used! The only thing was the linens. We could have used more bath towels and dish towels. With 4 adults and 6 kids we only had 8 towels. That was the biggest complaint.

Great View

Overall good, some problems with cabinet door falling off, sink stopper coming out, toilet tissue holder not attached to wall and furniture was dirty couch full of dust and chairs look like they had chocolate on them, view was amazing

Condo and location was perfect! Plenty of room for our family, we had 8 people with us and never once felt crowded in the space.We saw dolphins every morning and evening from the balcony. All though our trip was cut short due to the mandatory evacuations we will definitely book again next year.

Great view and location.

Overall the unit was OK. Smaller condo building great for kids and beach was not crowded. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be fixed. Few bulbs burned out and several lamps were inoperable due to missing parts of the switches, property management notified. All of the furniture in the living area really needs to be deep cleaned. The main issue was the loud rattling and/or banging in the middle of the night. I'm not sure if it was something on the side of the building or what. There was some bad weather the nights that we stayed so it may have been due to high wind. It was loud enough to wake up ALL the adults in the unit.

Comforter in bedroom had large nasty stain on it. Old hair left in shower from previous renters. Huge blood spot on dining room chair. Owners should consider a better cleaning service.
