The property was clean, quiet, and relaxing! The partial gulf view was way more than I was expecting!! We were able to sit on the balcony, watch and listen to the waves! Incredible! Would love to go back!

I spent so much time researching where we should stay for our vacation and from the moment we opened the door to the condo, it was like a breath of fresh air and so inviting. Everything is just as pictured. The view is amazing. I loved getting up early and having my coffee on the balcony while relaxing in the chase lounge. We could even see dolphins. My family does not want to leave! The pool area is very accommodating and spacious. We loved the beach access and the beach chairs provided in the unit. There is also security walking the complex every hour. What a gem this is and we instantly fell in love with the area. The hosts are very responsive and answer any questions very quickly! We spent 6 nights and loved every second.

We really enjoyed our stay but a few things would have made it better. The item found under the counter had a very must smell, obvious water leak at some point. The closet had no hangers. Overall we had a nice stay

Great property!

We loved that it was so easy to access all the restaurants and easy to get in and out of the parking lot! The condo was clean and met our expectations.

Condo was in a great location. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Condo was exactly as pictured. Loved having a beach view from the living room. Check in and out process was easy.

I'll start off with part of the disappointment was not understanding the description of the property. It says it sleeps 6, and it does. But it will sleep four adults and two children. It does list Junior bunk beds in the description, but that apparently it is easy to overlook.The front door security is the worst ever. There is only the electronic lock with no additional deadbolt or any way to secure the door from the inside. The door can be easily opened from the outside with just a regular knife, probably even a credit card. The Lock is also loose. We put one of the chairs under the handle to keep someone from coming in the room at night. One of the emails sent mentioned that the lock code would change at 10 on checkout day. It is not a Wi-Fi enabled lock. I doubt the cleaning staff changes the codes every time they clean. I feel it is likely that the code is always the same, or if the cleaning staff does change it, all the doors that they cleaned will have the same code. This would not be a huge deal if they just left the deadbolt usable in the home. One of the master shower doors is off track and does not work.There are plastic corner pieces that protect the sheetrock in some areas. These are broken, hanging out from the wall, with the nails pulling out of the sheetrock.The amount of communication is over the top and ridiculous. It gets to a point that you will not even read the email or text message. 14 Emails, five texts.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the sleeping arrangements and volume of communication, as this helps us identify areas where we can make the information clearer and the guest experience smoother. Regarding the door code, please rest assured that access codes are managed for guest security and are not simply assumed to remain the same between reservations. We take security concerns seriously and will also have the lock itself inspected. Thank you again for the feedback.

Summer vacation

We enjoyed staying here over the long holiday weekend. It was me, my daughter, son, daughter in law, and granddaughter. There was plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was great when we were getting ready to go out.

Excellent Stay

Myself and three kids did a four night stay and it comfortable and spacious for all. The unit had everything we needed and was in functioning order.

Last minute Beach trip before school starts

We booked the trip last minute. The room rate was reasonable with a nice view of the beach and water. Well maintained complex. The unit sleeps six but the bunkbeds are definitely for smaller kids. You can walk to shops and the liquor store. Highly recommend this unit, complex, and management company

Fall Break 2024

The property was clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, you can walk to several restaurants or it’s just a quick drive to everything you need. I will definitely come back to TradeWinds 408.

This was a great stay for three adults and a toddler. Condo was clean and as pictured. Although the kitchen was outfitted with all the necessities, there was not much room for food .storage. We ended up putting everything on top of the refrigerator. Great location and super friendly staff.

Perfect little getaway spot

The pictures of the rental was Right on. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. Had a few days of red flag weather so the pool option was perfect. Souvenir shops and restaurants in walking distance.
