Close to Cocoa beach, Cocoa village, shopping, restaurants ,the beautiful Brevard Zoo and a nice walk down the beach will take you to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Combining the beach with a cruise vacation? we are minutes from Port Canaveral 3 days + cruises, and numerous waterside restaurants! A favorite with future astronauts! Many of our guests stay with us while their children attend programs at the nearby Kennedy Space Center. To keep the space adventure going, we even have an astronaut ceiling light on duty, glow-in-the-dark space blankets, and a fun space-themed board game kids love.

We are the closest beach to Florida's popular attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center (18 miles) and airport, all less than an hour drive. We make sure our guests have all the area information to enjoy every minute of their vacation. We have also put together all the area restaurant menus, along with our suggestions, and favorites. You will get all the necessary info to get to area groceries, Walmarts, shopping etc.
Check in is a breeze, with our KEYLESS SMARTLOCK! Fast and secure , you will get your own personal entry code, for our condo , and , you will also get a code for the Royal Mansion gated entry. Pls note this condo HAS LOTS OF STAIRS , and may not be suitable for young children OR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY issues.
