-Our beautifully appointed tri-level beach house is in a lovely Caribbean style complex on 700 ft. of private Space Coast beach.
-Tri-level design offers space and privacy. Entrance is level 1, living space and bedrooms are on levels 2 and 3.
-The boardwalk to the beach is just outside of the condo entrance. Be on the beach in 2 minutes!
-Each of the 2 bedroom suites have full baths and ample closet and storage space.
-Vaulted ceiling and skylights create a bright open-concept living/dining area.
-A sofa-bed in the living room provides extra sleeping accommodations.
-Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is perfect for dining in.
-Sliding doors in both the living room and main floor bedroom provide access to the balcony.
-Balcony has high-top table and chairs which are perfect for enjoying the amazing ocean views and stunning sunrises.
-Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living room features a SMART TV.
-Cable TV and wi-fi are included free of charge.
-Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans.
-A washer/dryer unit is in the condo. A coin laundry is also available on site.
-All linens are provided including extra towels, sheets and kitchen linens.
-A pack-n-play crib and booster seat are available upon request.
-A lovely oceanfront heated pool, deck and hot tub are only a few steps from the condo.
-Beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs are provided.
-A growing library of books and DVDs and an assortment of music CDs are available in the condo for your enjoyment.
-A picnic area with BBQ grill and tables and chairs is available on-site for guest use.
-Free parking is right outside the condo entrance.
-On-site bicycle rental is available. Take a ride on the beach to Port Canaveral or the Cocoa Beach Pier.

We loved the well-stocked getaway. The balcony offered a great view of the ocean. The place felt very inviting with positive surroundings. The only negative, as we are older, is there are stairs to climb to the condominium.

This is by far our favorite location and room to stay in when we visit the Cocoa/Canaveral area. The location is perfect, and the condo has everything you need! Sandy is an excellent host and makes the process very easy! We can't wait to return every year!

This place was so wonderful I extended my trip! It is very well supplied, and the location can’t be beat. The neighborhood is quiet and very well kept. It is a great spot for families, a couple, or even a single traveler. I will be back!

Great location

This place was a perfect location to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of stairs, so be forewarned if you don’t like a lot of stairs.

Perfect Vacation!

The condo was beautiful! It’s right on the beach, and the beach was not crowded at all. Love that everything is gated, and is very close to shopping and food. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect for a beach vacation

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Sandy was great to work with and was very helpful. The beach is gorgeous and we loved every minute of our stay. I would love to be there right now!

Summer vacays

My family and I always take a summer beach vacation. This was our first time going to the ocean side versus gulf side of Florida. It was one of our best yet! Nothing is too far to do and the condo is absolutely amazing! I would 100 recommend

Had a wonderful stay

Property was just as listed. Beautiful, clean, and we’ll maintained. Everything updated. Plenty of included toys, games, movies, books - but since we had great weather we spent most of the time at the beach. Beach was quiet, beautiful, clean and never crowded. Highly recommend!!

Incredible

Condo was clean, incredibly well stocked and very welcoming! From beach chairs and toys, zip lock bags, paper towel, to plenty of bath towels, beach towels and more, we loved that Sandy thought of everything we might need! Sandy was excellent with communication and so helpful. If we are back in the Area we will be staying here again. We can’t recommend it enough!

Wonderful place!

The condo, the location of the complex and the equipement were perfect! Sandy is a wonderful host and the communication were perfect. The appartement is fabulous, perfectly equipped for the kitchen, the towels and the beach accessories. Many little details were thought by Sandy to make the trip perfect! We would come back without any hesitation!

Quiet and convenient location, beautiful views, and a great host!

This location was absolutely perfect - we loved the quiet beach, the views from the balcony, and the convenience to all the things in the area we wanted to do. The condo worked so well for our family of 5. I loved that we could spread out and the kids could have their own space and watch tv in their own room. We loved how well equipped it was for the beach with chairs and umbrellas and toys. That made packing so much easier! Sandy was also an exceptional host, as she made sure we had all that we needed and answered our questions about the area. If you are traveling to Cape Canaveral I don’t think you can find a better place to stay than this!

Love this Place!

The condo was exactly as pictured. What the pictures didn't show was all the extras provided by the host in the unit and her kindness and helpfulness. Beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella, pack n play, mini high chair, spices, staples, trash bags, soap, and so much more. Sandy couldn't have been more helpful or easy to work with. This is a great location on the beach. Quiet part of the beach not crowded but so close to Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral and great restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be staying here again.!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway with Rocket Views!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Cape Canaveral VRBO! The accommodations were fantastic—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, which made it easy to feel right at home from the moment we walked in.One of the highlights of our trip was watching several rocket launches right from the property—such an unforgettable experience! The beach was just steps away and perfect for long, peaceful walks. We even found several sand dollars in the early mornings, which was such a special treat.The area felt extremely safe and quiet, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still just a short drive or bike ride to local restaurants, shops, and Cocoa Beach attractions. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.If you're looking for a clean, cozy, and peaceful place to unwind with the bonus of a front-row seat to space launches, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Baseball Tournament

Sandy's place is awesome all around! My son and I had no issues whatsoever during the entire stay. Great decor and soft furniture and beds gave us a relaxing evening after playing baseball all day at the Space Coast Complex in Viera. Close to all the good restaurants at the cruise ship port and a great restaurant Rusty's is where its at...best Ahi Tuna in town! You can see the cruise ships leaving in the evening and coming in around 6 am in the morning from the balcony. The gate codes added an extra sense of security and the constant police patrol around the area was a plus...definitely a family place and not a party Complex. We felt at home here and can't wait to go back someday...Thanks Sandy for allowing us to stay at your home. Cheers!

Paradise Condo on the Beach

Wow! What an amazing retreat. My husband and I just retired and this was our first trip. The bar has now been set high. Sandy’s condo is amazing and more than we could have dreamed d of. She has everything in her home… every appliance, every beach need and so much more. We immediately felt welcome and at home. We spent every morning watching the sun rise and watching the ocean and hearing the waves. Literally steps to the beautiful beach. The location is wonderfully central but yet serene. We got to see two rocket launches and the view was perfect. It’s hard to put into words how amazing Sandy is as a hostess. She responded to every message, provided a fabulous list of local sites and her check in and checkout process s are easy and not labor intensive. We wholly recommend this rental and especially Sandy as a premier hostess.

Tropical Paradise

Pictures can not do this beautiful place justice. Close to everything yet very secluded in a very safe and quiet beachfront setting. Landscaping is amazing. If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful setting on a very uncrowded beach, stop looking. Royal Mansions is your place.

Beachy Oasis

We love this property overall, but this was our favorite of the condos that we have stayed in to date. The condo is comfortable, clean and spacious. Feels like home! It was stocked with just about everything you could ever need and Sandra was even kind enough to leave us delicious Publix cookies, a must in the south!! The best part for us was being able to watch sunrise and sunset right from our balcony everyday. We loved it and will be back! Thank you!

We are a family who loves sun and sand! In 1994, my family vacationed here and fell in love with the condo and the space coast. Years later we were fortunate enough to be able to make this amazing beach house our own. Whenever possible, we travel from our upstate New York home (sometimes really cold but always beautiful!) to enjoy the sun and the beach. Over time we have made the condo a comfortable and inviting place to be.
We invite you to experience Sandy's Beach for yourself. Bring the kids, family and friends and explore this exciting and beautiful Florida coast.

We can't imagine a place that offers so much to do and see. Even though you really don't have to leave Sandy's Beach to have a memorable vacation, there is so much to experience within a short distance. Plan some time at Disney, visit The Kennedy Space Center, enjoy the giraffes (and lots of other animals, too) at the Brevard Zoo, shop Ron Jon's Surf Shop, and enjoy the many waterfront restaurants at Port Canaveral. You can even make the condo your home before or after a vacation cruise from Port Canaveral which is home port to 3 large cruise lines. After 20 years of travel to the Space Coast, we still have much to see!

The view from the balcony is enough to make anyone want to stay. Coffee on the balcony as I watch the sunrise is my favorite part of my days at Sandy's Beach. It's all here...beautiful and homey accommodations, a stunning view, lovely, well-maintained grounds, an amazing beach that is right outside your door, pool and hot tub, and a constant parade of ships and sea life to watch everyday.
