2 months of bliss

This apartment is in the middle of everything in South Beach. You can literally walk almost anywhere in the neighborhood. There is a lovely southern view from the balcony and no noise to disturb, especially while sleeping. This is a gem of a place.

Beautiful, peaceful property close to everything

This was an amazing month. So glad I booked this place, it was incredible! The view from the balcony is gorgeous, I went out there every single morning and evening. Check in was smooth and easy, and security in the building is great. The kitchen was really wonderful and well stocked, with a full sized fridge, which is a plus. The building is located in a great place on South Beach, within easy walking distance to hundreds of amazing shops, restaurants, and anything else you could want. You have access to an amazing pool that's only for the building. There's a 24hr Walgreens right next to the building for anything you need, and a great free trolley system that runs most hours, 7 days a week, for transport all over the island to anything that's too far to walk. The beach walk that runs between the building and the beach itself is beautiful. The studio is on the inside curve of the building, meaning that it's away from the busy street and very quiet and peaceful, with an unbeatable beach view. A small point, but the water pressure in the shower is great. The owner is very nice, easy to contact, and responds very quickly. There were only two real negatives to the place, neither of which detracts from my rating because they were both things out of the owner's control. First, they were doing construction on the building during the weekdays. They only worked at reasonable hours, but if you wanted to spend a day inside (or, like me, working sometimes odd hours at the hospital and wanting to be asleep in the middle of the day) the jackhammering and drilling sounds were very loud and disruptive. The only other negative was that a neighbor somewhere down the hall was constantly smoking marijuana in their apartment, so much that the entire hallway and sometimes even my unit smelled terrible. This happened every single morning and evening, and I could occasionally smell it out on the balcony as well. Neither of these problems, however, kept me from having an amazing time, and I would happily book the place again.

Best location in Miami Beach

Chris’ house is a little gem in one of the most beautiful condo in south beach The view is breathtaking, basically you see the best part of south beach’s beach as soon as you wake up till the sunset thank to the beautiful balcony Groceries and restaurants just 2 minutes walking (I mean Walgreens is literally in the building aside) The apartment itself is basic but you will find there everything you need to experience south beach Totally recommend Chris’ place ;)

Lovely vacation.

I had a lovely time at this property. The building is a very safe place with very good security all around. Front desk is the main security check in spot, they are really vigilant as to who is coming into the building. Chris' apartment is a very nice unit, comfortable, very clean and well organized. You only need to take your beach clothes, he has it all under control. If you happen to forget your toothpaste you just go down and cross the street where there is a Walgreens opened 24 hours. You are at walking distance from all the cool and nice places in South Beach and a three minute walk from the ocean. The pool is super cool with staff on site. All in all, you will enjoy and love this place. One other thing is that Chris is a very pleasant person to deal with, very kind and willing to help if you happen to need anything. He responds your calls very promptly and is always courteous. I look forward to going back as soon as I can.

Decoplage!!!

three years 2014-16, we had the pleasure and opportunity to stay here with Chris condo, we warmly and heartily recommend this location, wonderful location and fantastic utskikt from the balcony, with the sun shining all day long .. friendly staff at the front desk, and you have the car alive you like a king .. just leave the car to the staff at the entrance. it's like staying at home but better in terms of temperature and nature .. thanks to Chris so far

A must stay on South Beach.

I never rave about much, unless its outstanding. This studio was oversized, very very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. Perfect. Every convenience is here and security is outstanding. The photos the owner has on the property do not do it justice. The view is amazing and the size of the balcony is more then you could need. Location, location, location !!! People do yourself a favour and stay in this condo, l will be back ASAP.

Amazing location

I was lucky enough to be able to reserve this property for October 2013. My trip was combined business and pleasure - visiting friends and colleagues across South Florida. So I wanted a great base from which I could get places easily but also relax too. This property was perfect. Location is amazing. You couldn't get any closer to the beach, and within walking distance you have as many shops and restaurants as you could possibly want. The studio itself is bigger than I'd imagined. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and there's enough room even when the main bed and sofa bed are out. Perfect for me with a couple of friends staying the odd night or two, and ideal for a couple. But maybe a little cosy for a larger family. The best bit, for me, about the property was the balcony. It spans the full length of the property. The view over the beach and the ocean is amazing. And the furniture makes it ideal for having a drink with a friend. I even managed to find the ideal position to work outside with my laptop. Which was amazing for me. The staff in the building were friendly, security was tight - so I always felt safe, and the pool and gym were spot-on too. The valet parking was a massive advantage in this part of town. I'm trying to think if there's anything I would change about this apartment - but I'm really struggling! If I was being really picky - it would be the shower. Or more specifically, the actual shower enclosure. It has a sliding door with bar across the top - which I kept banging my head on each time! But I'm being really, really picky now! Chris, the owner, was always helpful and responded quickly with any questions I had about my booking. Sadly, I had to leave the property earlier than planned due to family problems back home, but I will be back - because this place is a real gem.

perfect vacations

i was looking this flat again for my next trips and i just saw that i forgot to write a review for my first stay . what a shame as, everything was perfect , from the easy communication with Chris to his perfect apartment . Very good place to stay !

My wife, our 16y old daughter and me stayed there during 7 weeks this summer. The location is perfect (close to everything, but with no noise at night), and the building well maintained and securized. The unit is very clean, well furnished, and the view on the pool and the beach was gorgeous. The parking space is very useful in this area. Of course, all of this was expected, but it's always good not to be disappointed ! Chris, the owner, really takes care of his tenants, from the first email contact to the last day, and even after your departure. A nice place is nothing without a nice owner, and we really recommend this one. We really had very good time there, and will certainly come back for a future trip if by chance the unit is still available !! Philippe PS : sorry for the english mistakes, we're French ! ;o)

Spectacular South Beach Stay

What is not to like about this condo on the beach, centrally located, steps from Lincoln Road Mall, Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and all that South Beach has to offer. The owner is wonderful: personable,helpful, and responsive to any concerns you might have. The condo has a great beach view, is well-equipped, updated furnishings, and in immaculate condition. The pool area is fantastic, recently completely renovated, well-managed and maitntained. The only thing not to like: having to leave! This is a convenient location for people without cars (although the unit does come with a parking space).

HELLO, WE ARE AN OLDER COUPLE FROM NYC.WE RENTED THIS BEAUTIFUL VERY CLEAN AND VERY NICELY FURNISHED CONDO .THERE IS A GREAT BALCONY THAT IS OCEAN FRONT WIT UNBELIVABLE VIEWS OF THE BLUE OCEAN.THE CONDO IS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR TWO,NEW KITCHEN IS VERY PRETTY AND NEW. WE HAD ONE GREAT MONTH IN THIS GREAT CONDO, THE CONDO WAS LIKE BEING AT MY OWN HOME!THE OWNER IS THE BEST AND VERY NICE GUY,VERY WILLING TO HELP!

A couple from Marbella, Spain

This apartment is 100% recommended, because of its location, equipment, security and tranquility. Everything is nearby, beach, entertainment, shopping, restaurants, transport. The building is very good, has a spectacular pool and a good gym. The views are fabulous. We have spent two months of relaxation and pleasure. The best, the owners, their hospitality.

The Decoplage has what I consider the best location in South Beach. You are in the middle of all the action when you want it but the unit is very quiet for sleeping at night.

We really appreciate all of the incredible restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. We have owned for many years and have not once used the stove, oven or microwave. My wife really appreciates that aspect.
