This apartment is located in the Decoplage building on the beach where the famous Lincoln Road meets the ocean. With direct beach access and Lincoln Road right outside your door, you’ll be in the center of everything—restaurants, shopping, nightlife, oceanfront paths, and endless sunshine. It is strategically located between the Ritz Carlton and The Loews Hotel in the heart of everything that makes South Beach a world-famous destination. We truly believe the Decoplage to have the best address in South Florida!
This is an international architect's own apartment with paintings and sculptures in a gallery-like atmosphere. It includes a large balcony with stunning views of both the Ocean and the lit-up city at night, as well as comfortable outdoor seating/ dining—perfect for morning coffee at sunrise or wine at sunset. When you look down from the balcony, you can see the pool and the whole pool deck that was designed by the same architect as the apartment.
The view is spectacular, and the apartment is designed around this view and the modular windows. The bed is raised to the windowsill and allows for infinite adjustments to experience this view. From any place in the apartment, you can see the ocean, including from the three work desks. The room is no longer a static box, but a serial open-ended space. The walls are transparent, with mirrors eliminating visual barriers and expanding the space, except when our eyes are drawn to the paintings or other artwork. There is a layered view of sequential space, modular frames, and windows reflected in the mirrors. The high ceiling is the color of the Florida sky, lit up with indirect light. It is an exuberant, multidimensional space.
The apartment has 3 built-in work desks, large sectional sofa perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed raised to the windowsill to see the ocean from your pillow. The adjustable bed allows you and your partner to raise each side independently. You can control the bed to sit up or to raise the legs. Above the bed, on the ceiling, are LED stars for a night light.
You'll find everything you need in the 2 marble bathrooms and a separate shower for guests. A fully equipped kitchen with warm wood cabinetry and modern appliances- everything you need for home cooking, and an elegant dining area with seating for 4 or 6. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. The apartment stays cool with air conditioning. Linens, towels, dishes, and utensils are provided. SMART TV, FREE HD CABLE, and 40Mbps HIGH-SPEED INTERNET WITH WIFI are included. This apartment is on the 16th floor of the Decoplage condominium, one floor below the Penthouse. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or heading out to explore, this superb spot provides a welcoming retreat. Enjoy all that Miami Beach has to offer when you stay at our place.
The building has tight security with personnel manning the front desk in the lobby and a security guard 24/7. The rental comes with one parking space for YOUR CAR accessible via FREE VALET SERVICE. Laundry facilities, including garbage disposal, are included on each floor. Access to the courtyard, the pool, and the fitness center is on the 3rd floor. The property boasts a BEAUTIFUL NEW HEATED INFINITY OLYMPIC-SIZE POOL and landscaped pool deck with a view of the ocean and a FITNESS CENTER. Direct access, and steps away from the beach, with a special spot allocated for guests of the Decoplage with available chairs and umbrella rentals. You can also enjoy a stroll on the newly renovated boardwalk located directly behind our building. Located where Lincoln Road meets the ocean, you’re in one of Miami’s most iconic and convenient neighborhoods. Everything is walkable! The Decoplage is Steps to Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and Collins Ave. Taxis, tour and city buses, bike rentals, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops are all located right outside our doors on Lincoln Road.
Building requires both a tenant evaluation and the signing of a lease agreement. The non-refundable application fee is $50 per person (ages 18 and above). However, if you are married and provide a copy of your marriage certificate, the total fee is $50 per couple instead of $100. An additional $45 per-application fee would be incurred if expedited processing is required. This has to be paid directly to the application vendor via their online portal. We will provide you with instructions. Maximum of TWO Guests are permitted to reserve this unit.

Our experience could not have been more perfect. The host was very responsive and kind. The location is absolutely the best in SoBe. There are many highlights, for us the pool is huge, well heated and beautifully maintained. It was hard to leave after 6 weeks. We’ll most definitely be back!

He also designed the pool deck in the Decoplage that you can see from our balcony and in the photographs in the ad. I manage his apartments for him and am an original New Yorker, but really fell in love with Miami.

The apartment features many mirrors which makes the place feel infinite, as well as maximizes the stunning views. There is built-in art through mosaics, as well as original lit up painting by the owner and architect, Paul Balev. In this apartment you can find design details like a lit up starry sky on the ceiling above the bed. The adjustable bed allows you and your partner to raise each side independently. You can control the bed to sit up, and the ocean feels close enough to touch - a sweeping endless blue that stretches out like you're floating above it. His apartments all have their unique features and are quite magical, practical and well thought out.
