As you enter, you will be greeted by the light and airy living space. Kick up your feet after a fun-filled day on Maui, complete with a convertible sofa, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Spend your days relaxing on your private lanai, with seating for four. Take in the lovely garden views.

Eat in! The kitchen is fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. Enjoy dining al fresco on your private lanai or the quaint dining area.

The charming guest bedroom brings the tropical feel in with beautiful linens and twin beds. The guest bath is conveniently adjacent with a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed for the perfect night's rest, with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom.

A stackable washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.

The location was great, they recently installed ac which was amazing it stopped working but they promptly sent someone to fix it. It was a little older and not quite as nice as the photos showed. Also a ton of the dishes were put away dirty which was off putting but over all we enjoyed our stay

The condo should not have been rented in the condition in which we found it. Significant electrical issues: circuit breaker kept tripping, lights and power outlets not working, tvā€™s not connected, termite infestations in living room furniture, grab bar in one shower loose, screw protruding from one twin bed headboard. The property management company was very apologetic and tried to remedy the issues and finally gave us a discount for all the inconvenience. Nonetheless, it was the worst experience we have ever had using VRBO

Overall this condo is in a great location, clean and well maintained. The grounds and pool area are beautiful and it is very quiet at night. We did report an issue with the Blinds in the living room as there was a broken rod when we arrived so we were unable to close them which allowed the sun to shine directly in to heat the place up, however no one came to fix the issue. Couple of areas of improvement would be to have a safe in the condo for storage of passports etc. and the place definitely needs to have air conditioning installed (even a stand alone in the bedrooms would help) The bedrooms were very warm at night, the fans didn't really make a difference, and for that reason we likely would not book this suite again.

Great location

It was our first to Maui so we weren't familiar with the area. But as it turned out, Kihea was a great choice as was this VRBO property. There are both residents and visitors in the complex and everyone properly observed the quiet hours.

Even better than expected! They provide everything you could need, as if you were at home. Beautiful property, great location, and very friendly staff! Check in and check out was so easy, keypads so you donā€™t have to worry about who has the key. The only thing is there is no a/c but they did provide plenty of fans and opening the door and lanai for a cross breeze helps a lot. Oh and please get regular pickle balls, the foam ones are junk.

The place was spec and span, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and the living room are well organized, perfect for our short stay. Itā€™s walking distance to the beach. It is quiet, the only sound you hear are the chirping birds. The office staff were likable. I highly recommend this place

Wasn't quite the view, but was a nice place. Would have rather had hardwood, didn't even think to look at that. There were a few issues. They gave us a cooler to use which was beyond broken. The bathtub was very noisy and felt like you were going to fall through the floor. We also did not get the six loads of detergent. There was maybe one. We had to buy our own.

The property showed signs of typical wear and tear associated with its age, but was very clean. All essential amenities were thoughtfully supplied, including cooking utensils, condiments, bathroom toiletries, bath and beach towels, as well as laundry and dish detergent. The property is conveniently within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafes, and a general store, although you may need to drive approximately 5 minutes to reach the nearest grocery store. Only noticeable problem was no A/C unit, which was not a big deal. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable with no issues to report

Unit was not clean. Had to communicate more than once on issues. The lanai chaise lounge furniture is very dirty and the furniture pads need to be tossed out. The lanai patio door was dirty and the screens were dirty also. The cleaner did come out and have to clean them. There was a smell in the kitchen we couldnā€™t find.

The location is ideal. Across the road from Kamaole 2 beach, walking distance to shopping, and central to travel. We've stayed in West Maui before but didn't enjoy the amount of travel to explore other beaches and towns. If you like to explore, Kihei is ideal. The unit has a garden view lanai with a beautiful view of Haleakala. We didn't miss air conditioning with the main door screen and the cross breeze from the lanai. The additional fans made the rooms comfortable in the high 28-29 degree (90s) heat. It accommodated a family of four nicely. We were greeted with plenty of information to get us settled amid a bowl of Hawaiian goodies. The unit was very clean. The bathrooms are in need of an update, but we were not in Maui for the unit bathrooms! We would definitely recommend and plan to return, if possible, on our next trip.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was a bit worn. When we pulled out the couch to sleep on, it was dirty with stains on the mattress cover and crumbs all over it. No ice maker was also a drag. It is a short walk to the beach, and no beach in site from the balcony. Overall it was just ok. I would not book again.

Overall is ok. One thing, I have chose in filter at VBRO air conditioning at the unit and this unit in some case was selected, but when we arrived, there were only fans. My parents have health issues, so for them were hard to be without air conditioning. Also, I was surprised that bathrooms don't have a ventilation. After toilet it wasn't fresh air in the bedrooms. These are only two issues we have experienced. Others were really good!!!
