Our five-bedroom/four-bathroom house is only three miles from the Walt Disney World property, located in the Indian Ridge Oaks community of Kissimmee. Features include two master suites with king-size beds, all towels and linens, a fully-equipped kitchen, five smart TVs (including new 65 and 50 inch LED television) with multiple streaming subscriptions, and a 30-foot, screen-enclosed, swimming pool (with gas pool heat available in winter). A whirlpool spa connects to the pool, and doubles as a kiddie pool. The perfect size and perfect location to make your visit to Central Florida the perfect vacation!

The house was in a great location and central to Disney. We loved the pool and the size of the home fit us all great. My only complaint is that the there were a lot of ants in the home and the cleanliness of the home was not very thorough. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

WONDERING HOW THOSE LAST FEW REVIEWS CAN BE THE SAME HOUSE WE STAYED IN!?!

I want to mention some things about this house, I feel it could be a nice place if it was being properly cleaned and maintained, but it is not. We had several issues that make us wonder about the reviews right before our stay? One of our toilet seat was cracked completely in half, there was MOLD all over in bathrooms and on faucets, also the tubs were dirty. There were also cockroaches! All lamps and chandeliers were covered with dust, and filth on the doors around all doorknobs. The slider going out to the pool area came off the track several times a day and we didn't have WIFI until Thursday, (we left on Friday). The outside wall of the house is moldy about 1 to 2 feet up along the road. In fact, pretty sure the pictures on VRBO are very old, as that little tree in the front yard is now about 30ft. tall. Now, let me address the "game room".....the pool table had a broken bumper and only one pool cue and that didn't have a tip on it. The ping pong table that goes over it did not fit properly, had no paddles that weren't broken and the net was held up with sticks from a tree and masking tape!! There is NO FOOSBALL as advertised. They would send someone when I reported the cockroaches or that we didn't have WIFI or we couldn't get the slider open, but my husband and I saved for our kids and grandkids to be able to come to FL to something special and I was having to call to have things repaired, or I was cleaning, or getting the bug control guy! Not what I planned to do on our vacation. :( I sent them an email with pics when we got home and got no response, and also called and the manager would not take my call. That is when I decided to post this, wish I could attach my photos. I will say the grandkids still had fun in the pool, it's roomy, everyone has a bath, and close to Disney.

Nice house and Quiet Area

It was a beautiful house, very spacious, good enough for my sister and I, and our family. We didn't have any issue. we really enjoyed the pool. However, I think it would be very appreciated to change some shower heads, they were so durty. All in all, we will not hesitate a while to get back to this rental if I ever have to reurn to Orlando.

Excellent Property

We had a great stay at this house. There were a few issues when we got to the home and after I contacted Greg he immediately solved the issues and we had no further issues with the house. The pool was great, we enjoyed it very much. House was clean and all the amenities were exactly how described in the listing. I would recommend this house 100% and if we ever visit the Orlando area again this would be the first house I would look to see if it was available

nice location and quite convenient.

We have enjoyed our staying at the house, which is definitely quite roomy and very bright. Myself and my family have enjoyed the swimming pool and hut tub, due to the health situation throughout the world. Unfortunately we had to cut our staying short due to cancellation of flights. However we were able to get back in Canada safely. We might consider to rent the house again in future. What is the timing for receiving our security deposit back? Close to the parks

The stay was great , everything was a short drive away. There was plenty of room for 8 people we actually had two extra rooms left. I had some questions for The property manager and he answered them quickly.

yes, we loved the house, it was all correct as they reported, and when I needed to talk to them, they at the same time contacted us. They are to be congratulated . the wonderful size home great for staying with family and friends.

I was pleased as my family and I pulled up but entering the home, my level of happiness slowly but surely decreased! It wasn't cleaned to my liking, the hot tub or whatever it was did NOT work! There wasnā€™t enough dishes to accommodate my family nor did the dishes look clean enough to cook and or eat out of! I wasnā€™t pleased at all and the ants were TERRIBLE! The outside patio was disgusting along with the game room! My family wasnā€™t allowed down there at all! It looked like it hadnā€™t been cleaned from the last people staying! The shower in master bedroom had mold in it and the tub by the rooms with the twin beds had a shallow spot which is a fall risk and also in the second room with the king size bed as well! The property hasnā€™t been taken care of at all! I was very disappointed! Especially for the price I payed! I wouldnā€™t stay again only if it was the last place I could find!

Quiet location, Close to Disney

Looking for a family home that is close to Disney? Well you have found your idea vacation home. It was so nice to have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Everyone had room. If I could change one thing it would be updating the beds. They were older and were not the best but they could have been worse. Thank you for a great vacation home! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay, only thing we were kind of disappointed was the game room was not much what we expected. The dining room table chairs werenā€™t steady. Bedding on beds seem to small on a king size bed. Utensils werenā€™t up to date which needing sharping. Windowsill werenā€™t clean. But we were fine other then that. House was in a nice safe area. Easy to get to and from Disney and Walmart. Enjoyed the pool and sitting area. Thank you

Great location for Disney

We were very pleased with this home. It was large enough for our complete group. When we had questions we would receive most responses in a timely manner. The only issues that kept me from giving 5 stars is we did call with a question and never received a response. It would also be nice if the complete information about the pool would have been shared upfront (water level changing in the evening)

Great location, horribly upkept house

We have been renting homes in the Disney area every year for 8 years and this is the first time that I would absolutely not return to a house. It is in desperate need of cleaning and updating. There was so much dust on the ceiling fans and fake plants that it was gross. There were piles of dust and dirt accumulated in the corners and dead bugs on the floor proving that the house is not cleaned well at all. The burner pans on the stove were crusty and rusted - one burner actually caught fire while we were cooking! When we arrived, all of the towels in all of the bathrooms were damp and had to be washed before they could be used. The pictures have to be years old. The bed linens shown are definitely not the same ones in place now - all of them were worn and threadbare. Beds were not really all that comfortable but manageable. The outdoor furniture smelled of mildew and the pool deck needs to be pressure washed desperately. Everything needs a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. But the house was spacious and the location was great. If the management would put just a little effort in to clean and update, it would be a slam dunk rental but in its current state, there are hundreds of better options in this area. .

Dirty, moldy, and unresponsive management.

First when we arrived we found a dead frog in the bedroom. Then we started seeing ants crawling up the walls of all rooms, in the beds, in the kitchen, on the floor, everywhere. Then the showers were dirty and moldy. The master shower had black mold growing in the clear shower knob. The other bathrooms had calcified rust in the tubs. We were cleaning out trash in closets and drawers from previous guests. We had to purchase bug spray just to make the place habitable. The beds were old and lumpy making sleep very uncomfortable. When I called the management company 3 times over 3 days they neglected to answer and only tried calling back once. Unfortunately the owners were out of town so I did not have any other way to get in contact with someone that could help. 0/10 would not recommend, even though the location was within decent proximity to Disney.

House as advertised

the house shows signs of heavy wear. But it served our purpose and made our stay near the Theme Parks enjoyable and convenient. The pool was enjoyable. A few inconveniences; 1. Repair man was doing some work early one morning outside, banging and drilling. Woke everyone up. 2. Duke Energy replaced a transformer across the street and the power was off for 6 hours plus on the hottest day we were there. (unavoidable) 3. Small ants everywhere in the house and by pool, not uncommon for Florida but irritating. I would recommend this home.

The house was overall adequate other than no heat in hot tub had to turn it on ourselves and then they turned it off and zip tied it shut and the pool table was a joke tried to call owner and he answered first call and never would answer after the first conversation

Comfortable

The house was very nice and our family enjoyed our time there. Only thing was the hot tub wasn't hot, was same temp as the pool to be used as a kiddie pool. But all in all great price for a great stay. It's convenient to so many attractions, shopping and dining.

Une maison propre sans surprises

Tout Ć©tait comme prĆ©vu, les chambres assez grandes et propres. J'ai eu quelque difficultĆ© avec le spa mais le proprio Ć  tout fait pour le faire rĆ©parer. Seulement 15 minutes de Disney ( n' importe quel parc ) aussi prĆØs de Costco et Walmart et plusieurs centre de ventes en gros.

HOTELS ARE OVERPRICED, DIRTY, AND SMALL!!
When our family traveled to Florida when the kids were younger, we loved everything about the entire vacation, except for one thing: the 'nearby' hotel rooms were OVERPRICED, DIRTY, AND TINY!!
This is truly what we have called 'our home away from home' and we only hope you can consider calling this amazing, spacious, and beautiful property as 'your own home away from home' - but just until your vacation is over!
