This house was amazing for our large family Christmas vacation. It was really close to Disneyworld and perfect for us. The amenities were amazing and the pool and hot tub perfect for resting sore feet! The hosts were great and answered any questions we had promptly.

Great House

This house was great for the volleyball team coaches. It had plenty of room, fun game space, and great pool area. The kitchen was well stocked for the needs of our group. The coaches enjoyed the house while at the National Tournament.

Family vacation

So much space in a very clean and quiet property. Managers were fantastic with any questions I had prior to check in and once there it was awesome. Highly recommended as we will be returning in the future.

Felt right at home

Large, veryaccommodating for my children and grandchildren. The ability to cook a large breakfast fill up the kids before park and your own private pool before and after dinner no comparison to any hotel it’s like being at home.

Great House Great Location

This was a great house in a great location. We visited to go to the Walt a Disney theme parks and spend time with family. The stay was excellent overall and the house was very clean. The pool heat could be set a bit higher was the only slight complaint.

Overall good stay

House is beautiful and big enough for all of us. We had a great stay. We had an issue with fridge but owner responded promptly. The only thing toilets were clogged frequently that no needed special attention but overall was a great stay. We will definitely come back again. I would suggest owner to include a grill with the rental. We had to rent a grill from outside.

Awesome FL Family Vacation!

We stayed at this wonderful home for 2 weeks with my parents and in-laws and kids - the kids loved the themed rooms and game room! We all enjoyed the refreshing pool onsite. The kids and I did a round of mini-golf at the clubhouse one day - that was a bonus. House is in a secured gated community, and the staff at the clubhouse were fantastic! I will point out that the listing does say there is a grill, however you have to rent the grill and have it delivered, this was a minor issue but it would have been nice to have had the grill there.

Wonderful place

Pictures do not do this house justice. It is gorgeous. Large rooms, great game room, and pool area They provided a small amount of cleaning supplies (dish soap that lasted our whole stay, hand soap for all bathrooms, a little tp and paper towels to get us started, a few trash bags, sample size laundry detergent, etc.) Has vacuum, mop bucket etc. It was the perfect place to stay for the week. Highly recommend.

Great home, with a beautiful quiet neighborhood

Had a great time with my Family. The house was more than I expected. A bit outdated but in good condition. The cleaning could've been better but we really enjoyed the house and the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and really nice, with security and gated access. You do have to register your vehicles at 20 dollars each, so if you have multiple vehicles it can get pricey. Overall I would definitely recommend and will book again.

Great Stay!

We had 5 adults and 3 children in our group. Everyone had their own space, with plenty leftover! We had all we needed. I didn't think to ask about the swimming pool situation, so it wasn't warm enough really to swim in, but we were on the go most of the time, and didn't really have much opportunity. They had a chair for our toddler, and a port a crib, plus it looked like a stroller, was there if we had wanted to use it. Plenty of appliances, and dishes for our group, so we could eat breakfast, and carry our lunches with us. In all just a great place!

4th of July Family Vacation

This property is amazing! I have a large, blended family and we all fit comfortably, with room to spare! We were delighted to find that the property DOES have a grill, stroller and a pack n play, which are not listed in the property details. The home was very clean and is stocked with just about everything you could need! In the event you do need to grab some things you might’ve forgotten, the drive to nearby stores for anything else you might need is a short drive away (approx. 6 min). We would definitely come back again!! Thanks Dawn & Warren for providing such a wonderful home for us to use during our trip!!

fair i wont rent this property again

The picture listed on the web are not updated it show a room with bunk beds and thier is no bunkbeds we had to put some children in the master room to fit since we rented base on puting 3 children in taht room update the picture of the house

Awesome House and host!

The house was perfect and had everything our family needed. It was in close proximity to all of the attractions and in a gated community with awesome amenities. The host was responsive and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to rent this house again!

The property was amazing and very large. There was enough linen to last our entire stay. We had an entertainment area, wi fi, plenty of TV and remotes on all of the ceiling fines.

Nice home, outdated furniture, dirty pool

This is a nice, large home that will fit your whole family. However, the furniture seems to be outdated and there are a lot of cracks throughout the home. The pool was green and had a lot of dead bugs in it so we were unable to use it during our stay, unfortunately. The pool man did come out on Wednesday to clean the pool but it did not clear up by the time we left on Friday. The A/C maintenance man also had to come out because he said that there are not enough vents in the home to keep the whole house cool. Make sure to leave all of the bedroom doors open in order to keep your room ventilated, that is what the maintenance man told us would help with the heat/air issue. Also, there are only 4.5 baths, not 6. The game room was missing cords to the playstation and there were only three pool balls and one pool stick so we were not able to enjoy the game room either. Overall, the home has a lot of potential and it was fairly clean but definitely could use some work. Make sure if you have any issues to call VRBO as soon as you arrive because they cannot do anything to help you if you do not call them in the first 12 hours of your stay. Do not depend on the property manager to contact VRBO for you! The property manager is very responsive to phone calls/texts but some issues were not able to be fixed while we were staying there.

Rooks Relaxing Time

The home is tastefully decorated and has a warm feel to it. The pool and lanai area is huge and backing to a canal and no neighbors is a big plus. The kids enjoyed the game room and were pleasantly surprised that there's a TV in it. The owners are hands-on and tended to minor needs promptly. We had a great time and would reserve again.

Location perfect! , lots of fun

Great location. Didn’t take over 18 miles to get anything . House was private back up to a water way. Don’t wonder to has snakes and alligators. Pool was perfect . House decor was nice . The game room had some were and tear.great for kids. my family all adults to competitive and couldn’t play billiards and foot ball because room was sloped. But we still had a great time highly recommend this house.

Want to give better review

I really want to give a better review as the property manager is GREAT! However, I was disappointed that the spa only has one working jet and it was not clean. The enclosure around the pool is missing an entire section of screening so the bugs were bad around the pool area. The pool table and foosball tables are both in need of balancing. I found a couple of bugs in the master bathroom upstairs and in the other full bath upstairs, so needs to be sprayed. The mattresses need to be replaced in two of the bedrooms upstairs. It is located central to most everything in Orlando. And, the neighborhood is safe.

Stay Away!

If y’all are planning a trip to Central Florida, please stay away from Emerald Island Resort. This reminded me of the hotel that Martin and Gina stayed in lol. I can’t begin to explain how horrible our experience was. Thank God we went with a group of people that made it fun because if it wasn’t for them we probably would’ve ended up in jail. Horrible customer service, fake robo cops and let’s not talk about the beds. U sit on one end and looks like u are riding a sea saw . It’s funny now but we was pissed while there. Save y’all self the headache and book elsewhere!

The Jones/Burris Journey

The property was nice but a little dated. Some of the kitchen pots/pans need to replaced. The furniture and appliances need to be updated. The property is centrally located near all of the Disney Parks. Management needs to ensure that the trash is emptied each week. We had flies everywhere because the tenants from the prior week did not take their trash to the curb to be emptied. Over all nice stay, plenty of room for everybody and the kids loved the pool.

Great location, house was very well equipped for our needs. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had about the property and any questions that arose during our stay. Weather was perfect, so that was a bonus.
