Chill out and relax - you've made it to the beach. This bright and cheerful condo is perfectly decked out for a group looking for a true oceanfront experience. There's lots to enjoy about that clear ocean view. Inside, central air conditioning keeps things beachy keen. The full kitchen features helpful equipment and appliances (including a French door refrigerator) to help you make things to full up the beach basket. Each room features a ceiling fan and a mounted flatscreen TV for guest entertainment, and guests of the main bedroom can enjoy private deck access. After walking back from the beach, just close the room-darkening shades for a peaceful night's rest.

Guests can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower during their stay.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great because you could walk to places to eat and places to shop. I would recommend this place highly. The owner was very helpful and we got to meet her in person.

We go to this condo every year. It has comfy beds, nice views and great homey feel to the space. I absolutely love this condo and will probably never stay anywhere else. I love the vibrant colors and decor.

Great Property!

Wife and teenage daughter enjoyed a great week during spring break. No complaints. Only suggestion would be to have more household products stocked (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Would definitely rent again!

Can’t beat the view

Had a lovely stay and enjoyed ocean views and breezes. Close to several restaurants so the location was convenient. I will say the restaurant/bar across the street played live music that was easily heard inside the unit with all the windows closed. This ended around 9 so there was no issue getting to sleep. Overall an excellent place.

Beautiful view and easy parking and check-in. The condo itself was just OK.

The view from the condo was incredible. The parking lot and ease of parking was a definite perk. The building was very rundown with no elevator, which was not disclosed. The pool was very lackluster and overcrowded. The condo itself was nice, but was not properly cleaned And had zero water pressure which made taking a shower quite difficult. We also did not have a working refrigerator for the first day and a half We were there. Communication was great. Overall, it was just OK. I personally would not stay in this condo again

The refrigerator was functioning properly, but filling it with food before it had time to cool can make it feel warm initially. Weekend getaway

This property had a great view, it was so easy to get to the beach with our private walkway, and we loved the addition of a private pool. The condo layout was great and perfect for 3 adults and a child. We absolutely loved the balcony- morning coffee, afternoon relaxing before dinner. It was sooo nice being right on the beach. Very clean, modern, nice appliances. The location is very close to Main Street which is great to walk and get ice cream but not great for the nightly noise. The pirates cove rooftop noise felt like they were in the condo with us. Bring melatonin! The room with the queen bed was uncomfortable but the king bed was nice and you heard less noise. Overall, I’m torn because we loved it so much but the nightly noise made for a tiring few days with a young child. So decision is yours! :-)

The location and view from the balcony were awesome. Loved the ease of checking in and the parking. However, we did not have a working refrigerator for the first day and a half we were there which was quite troublesome with our groceries. The condo was not thoroughly cleaned, and there was still sand in the bed in the master bedroom, which led me to believe that the sheets had not been washed or at least something was missed in the cleaning process. The condo itself was nice but a little rundown, which is to be expected with a condo that gets rented out a lot. Also, the water pressure was nonexistent. Could barely get the salt from the ocean off your body let alone properly wash. Overall, the condo was just OK. The building on the other hand is another story. Very rundown. No elevator, which is not disclosed. And overall, just not a very nice building. The pool was also very lackluster. The owners were very nice and communicated well. I would not stay at this condo again, but for someone who doesn’t have super high standards when it comes to vacation condos it could be a good fit for you.

Regarding the refrigerator, it was functioning properly, but when fully stocked with groceries, it can take some time to reach the ideal cooling temperature. We also confirmed that no adjustments were made to the fridge during your stay. We appreciate you bringing the water pressure concern to our attention. We will notify the homeowner about this issue, and they are considering replacing the shower heads to improve the experience. We also understand your comments about the cleanliness, condition of the home and building, lack of elevator, and the pool. Pretty with a good view!

This condo is tastefully updated with nice bathrooms. However, there was a strong and powerful odor that hit me upon arrival. The smell faded the longer I was there but I did purchase some air fresheners to sit around also. Pest control also came to spray while we were there and I wasn't thrilled about that. I know pests must be taken care of, but didn't like that it was being done in the middle of my stay. The location and proximity to the beach is great. The comfort of the beds is okay. The couch is a bit uncomfortable. Please note that this is an old building and there are no elevators!
