This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is located at Seascape in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrlte Beach. This unit can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, Seascape is your home away from home. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Atlantic ocean from your private screened in balcony. This oceanfront condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, TV's with cable in all bedrooms and the living room.

This 3 story building is just a short drive to many of the different restaurants, shopping & attractions that our area has to offer. Within the quaint courtyard setting, you will find an outdoor pool and hot tub surrounded by pleasing landscaping. Additional amenities include a BBQ area, free parking and free Wi-Fi.

We were thrilled to find a place that would accommodate 4 adults & 4 children, 2 1/2 baths was a plus. Was perfect location, not in an overly congested area and not too far from local attractions.

Inside is clean and nice. Photos are accurate of interior. Outside is not very appealing, could use renovations. Check in is at another location and that is not disclosed until after booking.

The rental was clean and had plenty of room for me and my family . The location was perfect right on the beach which made it easier to get my little ones there without hassle. And also the pool was great my little ones loved swimming there. Everything about my rental was from the kitchen to the washer and dryer made our stay a lot more convenient. I will definitely book here again.

Unfortunately, we had to move to a different condo on Wednesday. The air went out and wouldn’t be fixed until Friday. Up to that point we were pleased with the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Got there the ice machine was broken but they came right away to fix it.But the floors were so dirty you could walk on them I vacuumed the floor three times and mop the two times.When I moved the chair you could tell it having clean lately there was a whole meal under the chair. Once I got clean we were good to go the pool and hot tub was nice.

Condo was nice, loved the screened in porch. One complaint, We were on the second floor, I always specifcally rent units where there is an elevator, because my boyfriend has a heart condition and a knee injury and can't do a lot of steps. There was an elevator, but after you take the elevator to the second floor there are 8 steps down to get to the unit, so 8 steps every time we come and go. This particular fact should have been disclosed in the listing, I would have gone with a different place had I known. I had to carry our luggage and groceries coming and going and our beach equipment each day up and down the steps.

Not bad but not the best

You have to go to a separate location to get your keys and parking passes which I felt was inconvenient after traveling all day. The condo was in a good location and beachfront the only bad thing is the curb getting into the parking lot if you have a car you would definitely scrape. The room looked like it had been recently remodeled but was not very clean as far as dust and dirt goes we also found a random pair of socks. The shower head in the master bedroom was broken and had almost zero water pressure. The mattresses in every room were honestly terrible and lumpy. I loved the location but the room definitely needs some better attention.
