Our beautiful house with luxury finishes is the perfect place to come and reconnect with nature, family and friends. Relax and unwind in the hot tub after an exhilarating hike above the Yuba river. Curl up under a blanket & enjoy your favorite cup of coffee or glass of wine in the gazebo while listening to the fountain in the background. Stay in and cook in the amazing chef`s kitchen or take a 5 min. walk into town and enjoy fine dining, shopping and nightlife.

- PARKING ON THE STREET IS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO CITY ORDINANCE. PLEASE ONLY PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY 2 CARS MAX!
- JETS IN PRIMARY BATHTUB OUR CURRENTLY NON-OPERATIONAL AS WE WAIT FOR THE MANUFACTURER TO LOCATE PARTS. HOWEVER, THE HOT TUB IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL.
- The fountain is temporarily unavailable due to storm damage. Replacement parts are on order and expected in the coming months.
My husband and I are close by if you need anything we will always be available and respond promptly through airbnb messages.
Nice quiet neighborhood nestled in the trees. Just steps to Pioneer Park that holds a multitude of events including concerts, movie nights, dance classes, drum circles etc. This park also has tennis courts, baseball fields, a public pool, horseshoe pits and a jungle gym for the children. Just minutes to downtown. Arguably the best neighborhood in Nevada City.
There is parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles. Just a brief walk through a beautiful trail following Deer Creek or down a cascade of stairs will put you in the center of downtown Nevada City. You can also take the streets (5 min walk) into town. We are very centrally located.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we highly recommend all guests purchase trip insurance, especially during fire season. This will help cover any unexpected changes or disruptions due to environmental conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Left-Behind Items

If you are bringing a minor as an occupant, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor throughout the duration of your stay and agree to the terms of this Agreement on each minorās behalf.
2. PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION. The total amount due, including the base rates, taxes, and fees are displayed on the checkout webpage for the Vacation Rental. A portion of your total payment may be due upon checkout, as indicated in the āamount to be charged nowā line. The balance is due prior to arrival within the schedule indicated on the reservation webpage. Please review these amounts carefully. You may cancel your booking at any time, however, all amounts that have been paid prior to your cancellation will be non-refundable unless specifically indicated otherwise at checkout. Please review these terms carefully, as violation(s) may result in additional fees or the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the Vacation Rental without refund. Further, violation of any law or ordinance by any individual at the Vacation Rental during your reservation will result in the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the Vacation Rental without refund.
4. ARRIVAL DETAILS & CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. Once your booking has been paid in full, you will receive contact information for the primary contact for your stay (your āGuest Contactā). Check-in and check-out times will be communicated to you prior to your arrival, unless otherwise set forth in the description of the Vacation Rental. Please confirm your expected arrival time with your Guest Contact. If you or any member of your group fails to vacate the Vacation Rental at the designated check-out time, you grant JC Property Solutions LLC the right to charge the credit card number used to book the Vacation Rental for an additional night. Further, JC Property Solutions LLC or the home owner may initiate any and all proceedings necessary to remove you, your occupants, or your belongings from the Vacation Rental.
5. DAMAGE. Any damage to the Vacation Rental must be reported to JC Property Solutions LLC before check-out.

This property is the best of both worlds. You can choose to unplug and enjoy nature in all its beauty while sipping coffee in the gazebo or you can walk into downtown and enjoy the shopping and fine dining.

Their are many unique qualities of this property it's hard to list them all. What stands out to me is the luxury finishes on this property. High end appliances, crown molding, rounded corners, archways, pillars and custom stone work are standard throughout this house. The property is also meticulously landscaped and gorgeous especially throughout spring and fall. With multiple spaces outdoors to enjoy the scenery including a beautiful gazebo that has lighting, electrical and furniture creating a comfortable place to retreat and enjoy CA nights. It's also worth mentioning the proximity to downtown and the best park in Nevada City. You are just steps away from a park with concerts, movie nights, dance classes, public swimming pool, tennis courts, baseball fields, basketball hoops, children's jungle gym, horseshoe pits and even a majestic year around creek. running through It. You will love it here!
