My stay at this beautiful Grass Valley property was absolutely phenomenal and easily deserves a five-star rating. The home was impeccably clean upon arrival, and the host was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with from booking to checkout. I loved that the house was tucked away in a quiet area for peaceful relaxation, yet still conveniently located just a short drive or walk from local shops and attractions. It was exceptionally well-appointed with every amenity I could possibly imagine, featuring a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, luxurious linens, blazing-fast Wi-Fi, premium bath toiletries, and a pristine outdoor lounging space. I cannot recommend this fantastic rental highly enough, and I would gladly book it again in a heartbeat!

This is the second time we stayed at this beautifully decorated and comfortable house but it won’t be the last. Everything is done with comfort in mind from the beds to the towels in the bathrooms to the chocolates in the kitchen. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of Grass Valley’s downtown, this is a lovely home away from home. Highly recommend.

Amazing Gem in Grass Valley

What an amazing place to stay….beautifully decorated for Christmas and just a beautiful, well cared for home. The kitchen was fully equipped - there were even snacks for us - and house immaculate. The decor is stunning and the location ideal for shopping/eating in downtown Grass Valley. This is our new go to place in Grass Valley!

Superb!

High quality everything in this beautiful rental. We loved the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great outdoor areas, and wonderful extras like freshly cut flower arrangements inside and out. Great location within easy walking distance of the cute town. We definitely hope to visit again!

Wonderful home, walking distance into town

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday stay at Debbie’s property. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our holidays meals. The entire space was clean and well stocked with amenities. Off street & safe parking. Historic Downtown Grass Valley is only a 10 minute walk via a safe sidewalk along beautiful old homes.

This house is a GEM!

The home is beautiful, high ceilings, long beautifullly arched front room into the rest of the house. It is furnished with beautiful antiques and Debbie has everything that you need when it comes to kitchen appliances. Plus it is all within walking distance to the downtown area.

Home Away from Home

This property is beautiful and in a fantastic location close to Downtown, parks and shopping. Debbie is a first class host and her property has all the amenities , comfy beds with lovely linens, and is tastefully decorated. We have stayed at this home on numerous occasions and is always our first choice. Thankyou Debbie for making our stays so enjoyable.

Home away from home

We have stayed at this wonderful property twice now as we visit family in the area. It feels like home. It’s immaculate, has all the amenities, and is in a great central location close to downtown. Our host, Debbie, is very accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier on arrival, which we appreciated. We love it here and will stay again in the future. Thanks Debbie

I have never stayed in a place this perfect. I'm still processing.

This lovely home away is unbelievable! Both of us have been in really nice places, but this is way beyond with all the amenities, anything you might want and more (cookies, crackers, coffee and all ways to make it, goodies in the fridge and ice cream in the freezer). Such comfortable beds also and a quiet secure area. The hostess with the mostest for sure! Thank You Debbie!

Vacay get-a-awy in Grass Valley

Although I have visited Grass Valley many times, staying at a variety of places, this was by far my favorite place to stay.The house was a 5 minute walk to downtown which featured shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. It was a 10 minute walk to the fairgrounds where we attended the annual blue grass festival. It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and well- stocked with any kitchen and bathroom items a guest might need. It also had 3 comfortable, charming outdoor seating areas. The hostess, Debbie, was very accommmodating, making sure that all of our needs were met.We will return to this lovely house where we were made to feel right at home.

Beautiful home and incredible host

My daughter and I stayed three nights during Easter week. Upon opening the door we were greeted by a lovely handwritten note, a vase filled with colorful Easter eggs, some lovely chocolates, and an old-fashioned bunny that perfectly matched the antique furnishings in this truly beautiful home. You’ll want for nothing in Debbie’s place. The living room is warm and inviting, both bedrooms are absolutely charming, with gorgeous antique beds that are extremely comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen has excellent cooking supplies (including chef’s knives that are actually sharp!). The walk up Mill Street to old town Grass Valley was short and pleasant. As the evenings cooled down we would relax on the quaint outside patio and soak up the rest of the day’s rays. Debbie deserves the premiere host status she’s received. She really made us feel like family and took great care to ensure that we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Summertime Perfection

Comfortable, beautiful, well situated and relaxing, this charming Grass Valley home was a wonderful place for a summer getaway. We loved the classic and antique decor, paired with modern conveniences and comfort. The property was beautifully landscaped with mature shade trees and summer flowers, for me wonderfully evocative of the east coast summers of my youth! The location was perfect for a short stroll into the downtown for charming shops and restaurants. The unit's location at the back of the building provided both quiet and shade, making the unit very comfortable even on a hot weekend. We barely needed to use the air conditioning despite the heat. We loved the gourmet kitchen and multiple comfortable places to sit both inside and out. Debbie was a sweet and helpful host from reservation through check-in and check-out, and beyond. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Loved this home

Our Checkin was easy and the property was beautiful. Great location , spotless, quiet neighborhood and very close to downtown GV. Our host ,Debbie, thought of everything. Lovely linens , great beds beautiful patio, and tasteful decor. We also asked last minute to arrive a day early and Debbie was extremely accommodating which we very much appreciated. Will definitely stay here again if it is available as it felt like our home away from home

Excellent stay, all the way around

It started with the owner, who was very responsive, welcoming, helpful, and kindly answered any questions that we had. The property was exactly as advertised: clean, super-quiet, roomy, warm, inviting. Everything we needed was available and of good quality: kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Everything was so nice, easy and appealing. We wanted to relax in a quiet and comfortable environment, and that is exactly what this property provided. We would come back to this place again if it's available. thx ron

Perfect in Every Way

Rented this property with my 2 sisters, ages ranging from 73 to 80 years old. Very senior-friendly! No steps inside or out, and no carpeting. Floors are lovely and clean, slate and wood. Walk-in shower was new and large. Beds were very comfy and warm. We knew this was going to be a lovely stay the minute we pulled up to the front door. There was a cement pad on which to park the car, and a welcoming wrought iron gate and short cement walkway up to the house. The minute we stepped in it felt like home. Living room was set up for good conversation, kitchen was modern and well stocked. The bedrooms were a nice size, and the decor throughout was deliciously charming. Debbie was very responsive and she gave us a sense of security that if we needed anything at all, she would be available. We will definitely stay here again. 5 Stars says “don’t hesitate”!
