The 3 storey holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the middle of a holiday home area, about 2.5 km north of the old town of Rovinj in Istria. The wonderfully clean sea, some restaurants and a supermarket are reached on foot very quickly. The area invites to long bike rides or hikes, such as the Lim Fjord and its karst caves, which eats a bit north on a length of about 10 km to the mainland. Even walks in the old town of Rovinj are especially popular in the evening. The nearest beaches are well maintained, offer plenty of shady places and have good food.

The holiday house offers on 6 floors 6 apartments for 2 to 5 persons. A larger apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, two apartments each with a separate bedroom and 3 studios. The apartments are all modernly furnished and equipped with LCD TVs and digital satellite TV (with many German channels) and Wi-Fi internet. The apartment 6 in the attic is the only one overlooking the sea, the others have a beautiful view of the garden and the countryside.

The house is bordered to the south directly to a green area covered with tall trees on what is sure to delight the children, also a small playground with slide and swing, climbing castle and table tennis is located. On the north side there are 6 private parking spaces, which are available to guests free of charge.

The very friendly landlords live themselves in the house and are available to help you with advice and assistance. You have lived in Switzerland for a long time and therefore speak good German. There are some bicycles available for a small fee. Out of consideration for other guests, neither large nor small pets are allowed.

The arrival and departure should fall in July and August either on Saturday or Sunday. In the remaining time there are no restrictions. Due to the central heating is in the fresher months of the year a holiday in this beautiful house nothing in the way.
