The apartment Xenia is situated in one of the oldest streets in Rovinj, in a Venetian style stone house which overlooks the sea. It is situated right NEXT TO THE LOCAL GREEN MARKET, where you can try the best Istrian specialities and 50 m from THE MAIN SQUARE in Rovinj. Once you are at Xenia's apartment everything is at your doorstep, ONLY FEW METRES AWAY -grocery shop, bakeries, morning coffee bars, park, excellent restaurants, museums, rent-a-bike office, beach, as well as the boats which will take you to most beautiful islands of Rovinj archipelago.

Perfect for couples and families that want to experience the real old Rovinj! You are welcome.

authentic experience in the heart of Rovinj with awesome hosts

This is a spacious apartment in the center of Rovinj. Very authentic look and feel, with coffee, ice cream shops and restaurants a step away in any direction. The place is well stocked with a ton of beach accessories and everything else. The hosts are wonderful, caring and extremely responsive.

This is a very old town and the apartment is also older. Everything was in working order and clean. The hosts were amazing and responsive and easy. Very kind and proud to share their adorable town. My only wish is that the family room\tv room was not part of the 2nd bedroom. It was a little hard for hanging out if everyone didn't go to bed and get up at the same time. Also the shower was very very tiny but it worked!

Location. Location. Location. This apartment sits at the entrance of the old town. The farthest we walked is Grand Park Hotel and it was only about 10-15 mins walk. So many shops and restaurants around the area. Best of all, property owner will provide you all the necessary informations to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

Glorious, comfortable and welcoming!

We stayed 3 nights with our two teenage sons. It was so clean, cool and comfortable and the location was a dream. We had such a happy stay and felt so welcomed by the hosts. They gave us excellent local suggestions for places to eat and activities to do and went so far above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, convenient and fun! This place is a treasure! So glad we stayed.

Fantastic apartment and the best hosts.

We had a wonderful time in Rovinj. Swimming, fantastic food and perfect weather. The apartment was great with everything you could ever need. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay perfect recommending places to visit and great restaurants. Supermarket and bakery are all close by as well as great swimming spot. We had to replace a tyre and our hosts even sourced one for us.We would have been in trouble without them.

Excellent host

You would have to stay with family or friends to have a better host. You cannot park in the old town so the host arranged for pick up and drop off of luggage a few meters from the apt. We had an issue with a lock that was addressed immediately. The host not only showed us around the apt to explain everything, we were given a brief tour of the city center. Then we were let to any area outside the city where we could park for free.

Wonderful stay in a great location

Rovinj is a beautiful town. This apartment is right in town close to everything: restaurants, shops, the outdoor market, and the waterfront. The apartment itself is spacious, with a large living area overlooking the outdoor market and water. One note, the second bed is in the living area. It can get noisy with the windows open, however, when they are closed, there is no problem sleeping at night. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The host's father Zelko met us at the town entrance gate (must have keycard to enter) and showed us around the apartment. He even walked us through the town, pointing out the highlights and recommended restaurants and bakeries. He was very kind and even helped us carry our luggage up the 2 floors to the apartment. If you have a car, there is free parking about a 15 minute walk from the apartment, outside the gate. The walk is nice, along the waterfront, so not a problem. We would highly recommend.

Amazing views, great location, authentic feel!

We had an excellent time in Rovinj! The apartment is spacious and clean, it’s not super modern but that adds to the authentic Adriatic coast experience. The location was fantastic for us, closer to restaurants, shops, and right on the water. Candidly it wasn’t super quiet because it sits directly above a farmers market, but we loved the added ambiance of listening to ‘the locals’ drink coffee and chit chat. One thing we have to mention is the host (and her father, who did the check in: they were AMAZING! We highly recommend this apartment and we hope to rent here again.

Perfect Rovinj Visit

My husband and I cannot say enough about our stay in Rovinj. Even before we arrived, Zeljka, the property manager, answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Then, from the moment we arrived to the day we departed, her dear father Zelko was so attentive and helpful. He met us exactly on time, escorted us personally to the apartment, carrying most of our luggage. Once there, he explained everything in detail from the keys to use to the washing machine. He drew maps to beaches, sites, restaurants, grocery stores. We even had drinking water and chocolates in the refrigerator! He then drove with us to our parking spot, showing us local places along the way. He was fabulous. The apartment was exactly as shown. It’s spacious, comfortable, well stocked, with a lovely view of the sea and marketplace below. The A/C, WiFi, washing machine, and television were in perfect working order. No complaints. We truly enjoyed our stay. Even when we left, Zelko was there to drive us to our car, giving us tips of what to see on our drive to Motovun. He even gave us a momento postcard. Truly, above and beyond service!! We highly recommend Rovinj, and if you go, Zeljka and Zelko will make you feel right at home with their warmth and hospitality.

Large space with wonderful hosts

This apartment has a lot of space, in a wonderful location. It has everything we needed and the hosts were incredible! They did an excellent job of providing an overview of the apartment, providing details on Rovinj and even driving us to pick up our rental car. The treatment we received was over the top positive! The apartment is centrally located, right next to the open market and a short stroll to all major activities. We will stay here again when we return to the beautiful city of Rovinj!

This accommodation is one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. Beautiful location and the most generous hosts. Checking in was made so easy when the most kind man, Zeljko greeted us near the harbour. He made sure not to miss a thing when helping us with our luggage to the apartment and showing us around the main square. He went above and beyond and his hospitality has been very much appreciated. We also spoke with Zeljka on the phone and she made sure everything was perfect. The only problem is that I can't stay long enough! It would be such a pleasure to stay again in the future! Thank you for your hospitality ❤️

LOVED IT!

My husband and I stayed in this fabulous apartment two weeks ago. Except for the tiny bathroom we loved everything about it! It's location is so fun, right above the city market.,and steps away from the waterfront. It has the shuttered windows that you open up in the morning to view the stunning Adriatic Sea. Our host, Zeliko,was unbelievable! From the moment we met him at the appointed meeting site to the moment we said goodbye, he couldn't be more nice, helpful and accommodating. He gave us all kinds of city information, suggestions, and recommendations. We had nearby parking and never moved the car from the time we got there to the moment we left three days later. We ABSOLUTELY loved Rovinj! It has wonderful restaurants and quaint shops and stunning views. We would love to return to Rovinj someday and would not hesitate to rent from Zeliko.
