Cruise the NEW Rt-66 rail trail 5 minutes from home, explore the Allegheny National Forest and River (8 min), or the iconic "Cooks Forest” (15 min). Hike, hunt/fish, raft, or cuddle next to a fire and watch the stars. Perfect for creating a truly memorable experience!

Conveniently located just off Route 66. Featuring heating, a/c, furnishings, a fully stocked Kitchenette, a large futon, full-sized standing shower, free high-speed Wi-Fi covering the entire property, a 43" LED Smart TV including free Netflix. Linens, pillows, and towels are provided.
Pet friendly w/no additional fee.

We offer a beautiful outdoor communal pavilion. Each accommodation comes with its own private fire-pit, perfect for relaxation, cooking your favorites.

NOTE: Property is located next to a local lumber mill that may produce intermitted noise Monday-Friday. Weekdays are priced cheaper in direct relation to this possibility.

Trail Riding Trip

Had a great trip riding the trails with our husky! John was great! Everything was as shown. It's small, but worked fine for the three of us! Would definitely come back!

Tiny cabin stay

The cabin was cute and comfy. The bunk beds seemed a bit shaky, we didnt use the top bunk. The other amenities were all great. Had what we needed for a weekend stay.

This was perfect for our two night stay. We felt warm and safe. Such close proximity to hiking Cooks Forest. Perfect little efficient kitchen, we most often tent camp without electricity so the tv and microwave were an added bonus!

Great little place to stay

My girlfriend and I took our two dogs for a long weekend getaway. We took a trip to Kinzua and a local brewery nearby as well as a little hiking near Allegheny forest. The place was very clean and all ammentities were provided which was nice. It was very cold and there was only a little space heater to heat the place. The noise from the lumber mill next door wasn’t the greatest but we loved our stay!

Andrew, I apologize if you didn’t not see the additional heater in the bedroom next to the bed, and the electric fireplace provided in addition to the space heater. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. 😊

Night away

Got in late, went out to eat, came back, relax in the cabin went to put popcorn in the microwave and there was a plate for molded chicken.

Cabin in marionville pa

Our cabin was switched on us .left us there with no code to unlock door had to contact vbro to help us .cabin right by busy highway and we had no hoy water and power kept going out on us the whole visit .not a good experience at all will not be back to visit there

cabin stay

very beautiful property. although was not expecting it to be so close to the road. everything was wonderful except for the patio down below has a bee's nest built behind the couch I was stung twice our dog was stung multiple times. the water inside of the camp the hot is cold and the coldest hot the door knob needs fixed just small things minus that we enjoyed our stay

Small rustic cabin fun

I had fun. As long as you are not expecting fancy it's a fun place. Small but it has a little bit of everything you need. Camp kitchen! Two burner hot plate,toaster oven, microwave. I like roughing it a little and was able to adapt and cook anything I wanted. Nice pavilion outside also.

Noisy not quiet get away

I thought it was more secluded.It was by a main road well traveled noisy trucks and also a lumber mill is beside it so noise from that not only day but night too.

Linda, I apologize it did not meet your expectations. Our goal is always customer satisfaction . The mill is clearly noted in the description, with an advisory that the lower weekday prices are reflected directly because of the chance of noise. As far as the interior of the home, we do hope it provided everything promised during for your tiny house experience.

3 adults is about your limit that's what we had. We were ok . You could also fit 2 adults and 2 children .Besides that don't expect to be in the woods your next to the road . It's in a good location with privacy and a big lot.Plenty of room for a dog to run

Good get away

The property fit our needs for something simple. The little kitchen was well-equipped. It was clean and well organized. The shower is real tile; a nice touch. Unfortunately, the AC was not yet installed for the season, so it was quite hot/stuffy. The manager said they would put it in for us when we checked in, but that never happened. We spent a lot of time outside in the shared pavilion which was very nice. We would have enjoyed using the fire place out there, but the propane tank was empty. Overall, we enjoyed our little get away and are glad we came.

I had a hard time using your website and as the time got closer to the weekend to stay and the property manager answered my questions I realized this was not what I was looking for.

I’m sorry the site was difficult to navigate. We definitely understand. Wanting to enjoy that time away together and a space that is comfortable and fitting. Unfortunately, we were not able to issue you a refund with the cancellation of being so close to the reservation. However, I did reach out after inquiring about your expectations to see if you would like to use the amount you had paid for the small cabin add a credit toward the romantic cottage. That would be more fitting of your needs and expectations. Unfortunately I never heard back from you. We would’ve loved love to host you.

Air conditioning. Although advertised as an amenity there was no air conditioning. The cabin was very warm which made it difficult to sleep. Day two we had to purchase fans. The lack of screens in the windows allowed for bugs to enter. This cabin did have everything else we needed for our stay.

Cabin from hell

Firewood wet and laying in mud, had to buy some, outdoor plastic chairs had green slime on the seats, lower bunk sat on the floor making it very difficult for us seniors to get up from, futon very low and very uncomfortable, one blanket must have been a child size, the toilet seat was attached with only one bolt, we only got one washcloth, there was no shampoo, body wash or paper towels as was listed, garbage cans were all full, we contacted the host but received no response, the kitchen area was very dark, there were no screens in any of the windows so we couldn’t open them ( bugs ), bedroom had no blinds or curtains. I regret that I only took 2 photos , I will know better next time this happens.
