There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher. Wifi Internet provided. There is a new smart flat screen TV in each family room. There is also a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Everything in the unit is contemporary, the beds are super comfortable and it is sparkling clean, bright and airy.

There is a heated pool serving only 7 units in the complex.
