Modern 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo with direct access to the award-winning beaches of St Pete. A Great vacation location!

Family friendly; Pack 'n' Play for those traveling with young children; booster seat; pool & sand toys new beach towels, chairs, sun umbrella, and a cooler on wheels.

All the conveniences you would expect! Granite counter tops, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, new towels and linens, beach towels, 4K Smart TV (Netflix and Hulu), Cable TV, WIFI and New AC. Effortless.

Our updated 1055 sqft condo has all the luxuries you will need.. The ‘Oversized’ granite breakfast bar seats 4 easily or use the dining table for 6, the kitchen cabinets are stocked with all the appliances required. New furnishings in the living areas add comfort and quality throughout. New memory foam bed in the Master bed; New linens in bedrooms and bathrooms; Flat Screen TV's in both bedrooms w/cable; as well as WIFI enabling you to stay connected while you enjoy sunny Florida.

Lots of light provided by two sets of large sliding glass doors onto an oversized deck where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The grounds have a private pool, with sunbeds, tables & chairs, Charcoal grill and a restroom. Gated access on property to Intracoastal Waterway for kayaking, fishing etc.

The Beach is only a 2 minute walk from our door to the sand. No need to worry about parking, taking lunch, or the nearest restroom!

Short walk to the adjacent ice cream shops, deli sandwich shop and Hawaiian bbq restaurant

Wonderful place

First of all, communicating with the hosts was easy. Very responsive and considerate. The place lives up to its description and reviews. The beds were super comfortable and the place and location was awesome! I would most definitely book this place again!

Vacation Stay

Half of us knew what to expect of this property as we’ve been here before a few years prior. Communication with the owners and check-in was a breeze. Any questions/concerns I had I knew the owners were only a text away. We appreciated the updates to the furniture the owners had made since our last stay. We had no issues with the property during our stay, and we can definitely see ourselves coming back in the future. Thanks again for everything!

Long Beach weekend

This property is clean and in a great location. It’s up to date on anything you’d need. The host supplies beach chairs and an umbrella which is a huge plus. The hosts are very sweet and easy to communicate with. My daughter lives in Orlando so we were looking for a laid back quick trip to the beach while visiting her. We will definitely book again.

3 Day Vacation

The place was as described. No issues. Location was good. Easy access to the beach. Good restaurants around the town. My 2yr old & 8yr old grand kids had toys for the beach, and for the adults had beach chairs and towels that was provided. I will come back again in the future.

Perfect Family Christmas Vaca

Great Condo Close to The Beach

The condo was very clean, well equipped with chairs, umbrellas etc. and the cooler was a great bonus!! It’s just across the street from the beach access, so it’s super convenient and you can actually see a glimpse of the ocean from the deck. The beds were comfy and the washer and dryer combo were a definite plus! Melissa and Chad were easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay again if we come back to the area. Indian Shores is such a quiet and super friendly area with a great ice cream shop, LuLu’s, just a short walk from the condo. Be sure to make a stop at Indian Shores Coffee, it’s such a cute spot just a quick drive or maybe 10 minute walk away. The Seabreeze Restaurant in Redington Beach is also a must!! This condo will not disappoint nor will the beautiful beaches of Indian Shores!! Book your stay I’m pretty sure you’ll love it as much as we did! Thanks for a relaxing quick get away!

Perfect location!

Great place to stay for our spring training trip. Had to contact owner for an issue which was immediately taken care of. Kitchen is well stocked - only thing missing was a blender and wine glasses. Very quick walk to the beach and all necessities were included!! Only downfall was a very loud group staying above us. Seemed to be multiple families in unit with children playing in stairwell. Only affected us last two nights. If noise is an issue a sound machine helps! Beatiful place to stay

Great quiet location just outside of the action

We had a fantastic spring break trip to Indian Shores. The location was perfect for my group (my husband + myself, mother, and brother). The beach was convenient and there are food and shopping options within walking distance. We loved that it was quiet in the evening even during busy spring break and St Patrick’s Day events. We would definitely book here again. Thanks!

A perfect getaway!!!

The location was perfect and it was convenient to many great places. We were able to visit everything from Clearwater to John's Pass to even enjoying the beaches in Siesta Key The house was cozy and everything we needed was perfect in that it was provided. It was perfect to know that the little things were there for use. We really appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards. The cooler was a plus to be able to have cold beverages on the beach and the use of beach towels was an even greater plus.

Excelent place

This condo is exactly as advertised. Great location with tons of restaurants and stores near by. The beach is literally right there. The condo was super clean, the beds are super comfortable and had everything we ever needed, plenty of towels and beach towels. The owners were absolutely wonderful and quick to respond to messages and checked on us. Definitely a piece of paradise. We had a great vacation with the kiddos. Thanks again for providing an amazing place for our vacation. Can’t wait to go back!

Great owners, excellent stay at a wonderful location.

The property description was spot on and Chad and Melissa couldn't have been more friendly. They were exceptional with their responses to questions, they provided some outstanding suggestions of things to do and places to eat and the condo was welcoming and comfortable. The details about check-in and arrival were spot on, thorough and easy to follow. We only had a party of 3, but there was more than enough room and beach gear for all of us. The only thing missing - and I bet if I would have mentioned something to Chad and Melissa, they would have taken care of it immediately - was an umbrella for the beach. If you have a family with children, they offer plenty of beach toys too. The facilities were clean and comfortable with easy to use amenities (fan's, microwave, A/C, washer/dryer, etc). All of the cooking utensils were in good nick and sufficient for either a single person or large family; they even had a giant pot if you want to boil your own large seafood. We would highly recommend this condo and this location. The responsiveness of Chad and Melissa alone, make it worth the stay.

We are Chad and Melissa, we live in Derry, New Hampshire with our kids Tanner, Charley and Abby. Having vacationed many times around st. Pete's over the last 20 years we finally bought our condo in 2017 after falling in love with Indian Shores.

We pride ourselves in our hospitality , being prompt to answer any questions before and during your stay. Ensuring your Well earned vacation is not only enjoyable but memorable.

Indian Shores is an upmarket town on the Gulf strip away from the hustle and bustle Treasure Island and Madeira Beach. We are Located in the northern end of Indian Shores just a short walk to 198th Street beach access,, there is no public parking nearby and the beach is particularly quiet.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our kids love to go to the pool in the morning ,we then spend the day on the beach with another dip in the pool upon returning. After a quick dinner we walk back over to the beach to catch a spectacular sunset, more often than not we stop for ice cream on the way home. Let's face it is not easy to travel with young children and all the extras you have to bring with you, we try and make it easy by providing the necessities when traveling with young children.
