The view of the beach grass and the sand dune landscape is unique. The exclusive penthouses extend over the 2nd floor of the villa built in beach house style.

The highlight of the penthouse is the spacious roof terrace, which offers with 42sqm a wonderful place in the sun. Here you can take meals together or just relax. Two sunbeds as well as further garden furniture are at your disposal.

The rooms were designed with a lot of wood and glass as well as in light colors, the high-quality furniture was perfectly matched. The three bedrooms are each equipped with a spacious double bed. As an additional sleeping option, you will find the sofa bed for two more people in the living area. One of the bedrooms leads directly into the bathroom. Here you can enjoy the unique view from the whirlpool or the double rain shower. In the second bathroom, the private sauna awaits you, inviting you to wonderful relaxation. The bioethanol fireplace bathes the living room in a cozy light.

A large digital entertainment package and four flat screen TV's are available. In the kitchen, coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos and a hand filter for home brewing, in case you prefer the classic filter coffee after all.

The charming dune villas are located in a quiet area, behind the promenade villas. From here you can reach the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade after a short walk. Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the view of the dunes. As a special feature, you can borrow binoculars at the reception, with which you can observe the variety of bird species in the area.

All registered vacation guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free swimming pool entry per stay in the seaside resort of the a-ja in Travemünde. When using this offer, the one-time round trip with the ferry across the river Trave is included (only in connection with the swimming pool entrance).
