In the attic of the villa is the cozy, bright 57 square meter apartment "Sassnitz". It has next to living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom also has an underground parking space. Parking is also scarce in the Baltic resort of Göhren! If you enjoy your breakfast in the morning at the dining area, please remember: Rügen is the sunshine island of Germany - and rightly so!   So that you feel comfortable during your holiday in the Villa Granitz, the apartment "Sassnitz" is well equipped for your holiday. Please understand that the apartment is a Non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. When you arrive for 2 people, the beds freshly made and towels are ready.  The apartment is bright, modern and comfortable for you. It offers space for two holiday guests; Extra bed for a third and fourth person is possible (couch in the living room). In the living room you can relax, watch TV, listen to the radio or just read a book in peace. In the bedroom, the large wardrobes provide plenty of space for all your clothes, luggage, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and of course a fridge. In the bathroom you will find many storage options, hooks, towel dryer and of course a hair dryer. We have tried to make it as comfortable as possible for you.   For stays of 7 days or more, a linen pack (bed linen, towel, bath towel) is included in the price for two adults. Additional linen packages can be booked on site at the price of 12 Euro / person. The same applies to children's high chair and bed for the price of 10 euros. Tourist tax and security deposit of 100 € will be paid or deposited upon arrival.

In the "Villa Granitz" in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren on the island of Rügen are our apartments "Gellen" and Sassnitz. Villa Granitz is a renovated Art Nouveau villa in the heart of Göhren. It is located in the beach street and is a gem. It is only a few minutes to the Baltic Sea beach. The beach of Göhren is a wonderful beach. Here you will find the Amber Promenade, the pier and the spa center. So that you feel comfortable during your holiday in the Villa Granitz, the apartments "Gellen" and "Sassnitz" are very well equipped for your holiday.   For the linen package (bed linen, towels, bath towels, kitchen towel) per person € 12.00 will be charged. Additional linen packages can be booked on site at the price of 12 Euro / person. The same applies to children's high chair and bed for the price of 10 euros.
