Apartment 7 is a 3-room vacation apartment on the first floor, with approximately 95.00 m² of living space, and is ideal for 2 adults with children. Living room (26 m²), seating area with a pull-out bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m, TV, and CD radio. Kitchen (approx. 16 m²), open to the living room; fully equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner stove with oven, large dining table, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and radio. Enclosed balcony (5 m²), hallway (4 m²), and bathroom with tub and shower (9 m²). For groups of more than 4 people, there are 2 sleeping accommodations in the living room.
Dogs are allowed only in apartments 1–3 and 5–10.



Built around 1910 and completely renovated in 2000, Villa Rügen is conveniently located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz; the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 3-minute walk away. Since summer 2009, the half-timbered house Anna (on the same property), located directly next to the Binz spa park following extensive renovation, has been available for booking.
The vacation apartments offer a beautiful view of the old Granitz beech forest or the spa park. You can reach Granitz and the spa park in 1 minute on foot. The fine-sand beach of Binz Bay or the town center is a 3-minute walk away. Schmachter Lake or the pier is a 4-minute walk away.
