NEW Luxury villa by the sea, sauna, whirlpool, sunshower, completely renovated

Our villa was completely renovated in 2018 and extensively renovated and newly furnished.

Our highlights: the new, open kitchen, new sauna and new wellness bath with whirlpool tub, sunshower (sun shower / solarium), electric box spring bed.

Our holiday villa is located in the exclusive, family-friendly and spacious holiday park Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne. The holiday villa is surrounded by small lakes and canals and is located in close proximity to the long sandy beach.
On the new terrace garden furniture and a Weber grill are available. Directly at the house is the parking lot. For our younger guests we have created in a part of the garden with a rubber mats tiled children's play area with sandpit, playhouse and slide. In the house you can escape the daily stress in our sauna or in our wellness whirlpool bath.
The house was provided on the ground floor with new floor tiles and upstairs with new laminate.

Our luxurious villa with about 110 square meters of living space is on a 360 sqm plot and can be occupied by up to 6 adults.

It is cozy, comfortable and modern furnished and has in the living room with new leather sofa / armchair and a 55 "Samsung Curved Smart TV with satellite connection, XBox one S and a Samsung Hifi system.

The dining area is next to the new, modern open kitchen with dishwasher, Kitchen Aid food processor, microwave, oven, Senseo, daggers Gusto, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, WMF coffee machine and a coffee machine.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with an electric box spring bed and a Samsung Smart TV with easy access to TV, web and numerous apps.
The newly designed bathroom is equipped with modern bathroom furniture, a whirlpool bath, a towel radiator and a walk-in rain shower with sunshower / solarium.
From the bathroom you have direct access to our new sauna (about 2.25 x 1.90), where you can relax and unwind from everyday life.
A separate toilet with vanity is also located on the ground floor.
There is also a wagon, highchair, baby wheel, toys, baby monitors, bed guards, baby crib, baby food warmer, microwave vaporizer and a travel cot available for free. The stairs are on the upper floor is still secured with a stair gate.
The house has free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, a Samsung Galaxy Tablet is also available for free for the duration of your stay.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
Furthermore, these bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. In one room is also a new Playstation 4 with games.
The other bedroom has Apple TV and Bluray player and an electric fireplace.
The new bathroom on the first floor has a shower, sink and toilet, and a towel radiator.

There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
