Welcome to Linkside 473 located on the Sandestin ® Golf & Beach Resort. This wonderful home includes a lake view, fenced in back yard and a 6 seat golf cart to get around the resort and adjacent shopping areas. Just a short distance away from the white sand beaches and blue waters on the Gulf of America where you can enjoy your perfect getaway.

Enjoy the extra spacious living area from the moment you walk in the door with natural light throughout. The full kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and come fully stocked with all the kitchen items you need during your stay. This home is one of few with such a large fenced in back yard! You can also enjoy fishing from the deck, as the home is also right on the water. Outside you will find a large dining area with a view of the water as well as the spacious back yard.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen TV, large closet, patio access, and a new remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and large vanity sink. The first guest room contains a queen bed, flat screen TV, large closet, additional storage, work desk and connected bathroom that is also newly remodeled. The second guest room holds a double bed as well and bunks with additional storage and flat screen TV.

Your rental also includes a full size washer and dryer, large fenced in back yard, water view, and private parking.

Linkside is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center. Pool and beach access are included.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change. Guests must sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
