The ground level Guesthouse is small but very cozy, which makes it perfect for 2 persons. You enter through the shared patio, when you open the louvre doors of the studio you will see a double bed, small dining table, area to make your breakfast overlooking the patio and bathroom area with shower and toilet.

Jopie's Guesthouse stay during F1 GP Zandvoort

We stayed at Jopie's Guesthouse the whole F1 GP Zandvoort weekend. This is a real nice place in the center of Zandvoort, close to the beach and nature. Clean and well equipped for a bed and breakfast stay and at short walking distance from the train station. Friendly and flexible host that really helped with the early check in and late check out. A place to come back to for us.

Klein aber Fein!

Wie gesagt klein,aber hübsch detailliert ausgestattet mit allem was man für 4 Tage brauchte. Obwohl es 15 bis 5 grad Betrug war es immer angenehm. Das einzige was hätte Fehlen können war eine Herdplatte-wir hatten eine mit und haben sie nicht benutzt.Super Lage!

Lass die Finger von diesem Apparent´s

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr enttäuschend "deluxe" war nur der Preis. Die Matratze war durchgelegen, das Zimmer dreckig und die Geräte (Klima und Fernseher) haben nicht funktioniert. Die Dusche Ekelerregend und das Badezimmer hatte nicht mal eine Tür... Ganz Ehrlich, lasst lieber die Finger von diesem Anbieter.

De perfecte accomodatie origineel en gezellig, met een heerlijk comfortabel bed en goede wifi.

Soms vind je een plekje dat boven verwachting speciaal is. Toplocatie; middenin het centrum en toch stil. De heerlijk beschutte binnentuin is een zonnige oase. De basic accomodatie origineel en gezellig, met een heerlijk comfortabel bed en goede wifi. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug!

Enttäuschend

Das Appartement war muffig und nicht belüftbar. Das Lattenrost unter der Matratze war defekt, die Latten lagen auf dem Boden. Die Matratze hatte keinen Halt, schlafen unmöglich. In der Duschkabine staute sich das Wasser, der Ablauf funktionierte nicht. Ein Appartement das wir nicht mehr buchen werden.

Jopies Guesthouse

Das Haus ist super aussergewöhnlich (scheint die ehemalige Garage zu sein) und sehr farbenfroh und individuell. Leider waren die Bettlaken nicht ganz sauber und es roch etwas modrig... zum Lüften stand leider jedoch nur die Tür zur Verfügung, da das andere Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Es gibt keine Tür zum Bad, lediglich einen Vorhang (war für uns kein Problem, da man sich in den herrlichen Innenhof setzen konnte, wenn der andere ins Bad musste). Da wäre aber eine Schiebetür angebrachter, besonders für schlechte Tage. Auch war das kleine Appartement recht dunkel (ein paar helle Spots oder Leuchten wären cool). Bei super Wetter aufjedenfall ein kleiner Geheimtipp, da man auch sehr schnell überall ist (quasi im direkten Zentrum in einer Nebenstrasse). Wir würden vielleicht eine Kochplatte empfehlen um sich ein paar Nudeln zu machen, ansonsten war es ein super schönes Wochenende mit einer tollen Unterkunft. Durch die angesprochenen Punkten und den Preis pro Person würden es als ein faires Angebot bezeichnen. Für Exzellent oder sehr gut wäre mir das kleine Appartement einfach zu teuer.

unser aufenthalt in jopie's guesthouse war einfach schön. die kreative, liebevolle einrichtung und der wunderschöne garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. auch die schlüsselübergabe und die kommunikation mit smiling host waren unkompliziert und sehr nett. wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder..

Sehr süße Unterkunft

Die Lage der Unterkunft war total super. Der kleine Innenhof ein grüner Traum, der etwas Pflege bedarf. Das Appartement selbst ist von der Größe her vollkommen ausreichend und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Leider ist ein modriger Geruch wahrzunehmen gewesen und leicht Schimmelsporen. Das müsste unbedingt behoben werden. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe was reibungslos.

Die Einrichtung des Appartements ist wirklich süß, wenn man etwas alternativer mag… der Innenhof ist zauberhaft grün und nicht einsehbar. Die Anlage und das Appartement könnte mehr Pflege gebrauchen. Aus unserer Sicht befand sich innen leichte Schimmelbildung was dringend behoben werden sollte. Ansonsten war alles vor Ort was man benötigt und der Kontakt/die Kommunikation war total problemlos…..

Das Zimmer war sehr staubig und altersbedingte Gebrauchsspuren. Die Dusche funktioniert nicht komplett. Die obere Brause geht nicht. Das Zimmer ist nicht richtig abgedichtet. Es war schon sehr frisch und man schläft direkt an der Heizung. Wir hatten zwei Tage gebucht und sind schon nach einem Tag abgereist.

Leider Dusche nicht ganz funktionsfähig, sonst alles sehr schön

Als ich gesehen habe, dass die Ferienwohnung eine Regendusche hat, habe ich mich sehr gefreut, war dann aber leider ein wenig enttäuscht, als ich feststellen musste, dass diese nicht vollständig funktioniert. Duschen kann man allerdings trotzdem. Der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet! Man hat nicht allzu viel Platz, für meine Freundin und mich hats aber alle mal gerreicht! Die Einrichtung fanden wir sehr schön, es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist der Hammer, 3 min. Fußweg zum Meer, 5 min. zum nächsten Supermakt, 10 min. zum Bahnhof, ein Auto braucht man also eigentlich nicht. Man sollte bei der Anreise mit dem Auto allerdings bedenken, dass man innerhalb des Wohngebietes nur zu bestimmten Zeiten parken darf, einige hundert Meter von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es jedoch einen Parkplatz, auf dem man für 7,50 Euro pro Tag parken kann. Alles in allem fand ich es sehr schön da, kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Cute little artsy guesthouse

The apartment has been put together nicely with many eye pleasing touches. It may be quite small for some folks but for the two of us it was perfect. Close to the train and the beach we can visit city and surf easily. Boutique shopping is nearby as is laundry and grocery. I did have to purchase a large bowl for cooking in the microwave which I left for the next guests as well as a curtian to replace one that was not hanging on the provided hooks between the toilet and kitchen. That I also left there for the next guests. All in all the guesthouse is comfortable and we had a wonderful time in Zandvoort!
