Located in a lovely village in Southern Ardèche, close to the famous Ardèche Gorges (Gorges de l’Ardèche), this cottage welcomes you to a quiet, natural setting at the edge of the forest—ideal for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.
You can also enjoy a beautiful 10 x 4 m swimming pool and a petanque (bocce) court.

The Accommodation
Set on a vast 4,600 m² landscaped property, La grange de Lucette offers a truly privileged natural setting. While the cottage is located near the owners' house, it guarantees complete privacy for everyone. The terrace is entirely un-overlooked (not overlooked), opening onto a meadow and the forest, allowing you to fully enjoy the peace and nature. Everyone has their own space to enjoy their stay in complete tranquillity without disturbing others. Only the pool and the petanque court are occasionally shared spaces.

Designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people, the cottage features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a private en-suite shower room. One of the bedrooms also has its own private terrace with a view of and direct access to the pool. A high-quality, easy-to-unfold sofa bed (140 cm) with a real mattress in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. For added daily comfort, the accommodation includes two toilets (one on each level).

On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The kitchen opens onto a ground-level terrace equipped with a plancha grill, a table, and 6 chairs—perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments.

Air conditioning throughout the house ensures a comfortable stay in any season.

A parking space is also available, equipped with a reinforced socket for charging electric vehicles.
