Steps to the large community pool and only a 7 minute walk to splash in the ocean. and to comb 11 miles of white sandy shores of South Forest Beach. Walk or ride bikes to Coligny Village to enjoy shopping and dining of all types. Scoot over to the oceanfront Tiki Hut to enjoy year round, live entertainment. Celebration Park and the Sandbox Children's Discovery Museum are a 10 minute walk. Renting or bringing bikes is highly recommended to enjoy over 200 miles of paved bike paths on Hilton Head Island.

13 Forest Gardens villa offers a master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with shower/tub combination; guest bedroom with two full beds and ensuite with walk in shower; and the Living Room offers a King sleeper sofa. Living room and both bedrooms feature 52" Smart TV's.

With stainless steel appliances and generous counter space in the fully equipped kitchen, cooking will be a breeze! Prepare your favorite zesty dishes and gather around the 8-person dining table for a quality meal with your family and friends. A separate coffee and wine bar with built in beverage cooler allow you to quince your palate from breakfast to after dinner drinks.

Parking is first come, first serve with 2 parking passes provided.

Choose your style of beach with equal distance walk or bike ride - only 1/4 mile from the villa. From the complex, turn left to a quieter beach in front of oceanfront homes or head right to Coligny beach for much more activity.

Entry to the villa is keyless and allows self-check in.

The Villa is accessible by 6 stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.
