Your desert oasis vacation rental awaits. Spacious, modern 3BR/3BA private home with mountain views on gated street in South End Palm Springs near golf course, downtown, walking trails, and more. The newly remodeled kitchen opens directly to an indoor/outdoor living area overlooking the pool. The oversized master bedroom features a luxury king bed and opens directly to the private backyard and lounge area. The en suite master bathroom includes a jacuzzi soaking tub with jets, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and large walk-in closet. One guest bedroom features full-over-full bunk beds, courtyard facing window, dedicated full bathroom, and a desk for remote working space. Another guest bedroom features a queen bed, en suite bathroom, and a beautiful mountain view. The backyard has a sparkling pool, palm and fruit trees, and large covered, landscaped patio that includes an outdoor dining table and plenty of lounge space to enjoy your morning coffee, favorite book, or night cap. The home also features an Alexa smart home devices, two Smart TVs (one in the living room, one in the master BR), premium linens, and the added privacy of gated street access.

Please note that hot tub heating is $100 per stay. Pool heat charged separately at rate of $70 per day.

South Palm Springs home

This is a very nice home, comfortable, lots of space, large kitchen, and a very nice private yard with pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. We enjoyed our stay very much.Thank you.

Amazing Family Vacation

We absolutely loved staying in this amazing rental for two weeks over the Christmas break. The living and dining spaces are large and open, the secondary rooms are spaced far from the primary, and the backyard feels like a mini private resort. The pool and hot tub are amazing with lots of seating areas, a great BBQ, and several fruit trees. The culdesac is private, quiet and peaceful and the back yard is completely private. The hosts were both very responsive and amazing! We are already planning our next trip back again!

Best Hosts ever

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. Caitlin and Nicholas are super caring and responsive hosts. House is very spacious and offers lots of privacy for people sharing the space.

Great location near downtown and shopping. Beautiful home with wonderful amenities. Owners were very attentive and quickly replied to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, private home. Loved the outside area, the hot tub, the fruit trees. Best grapefruit I've had in years!! Our host was very responsive and helpful in helping us get the hot tub heated. Only thing we would recommend is some new cookware

Great location

Very nice home and host was very attentive and gracious to our particular needs. Furniture could use some upgrading but besides that it's a nice place especially the gardens and outdoor atmosphere. Location is excellent and and centralized near excellent grocery shopping etc and a short drive to downtown. A memorable stay in a nice gated cul-de-sac neighborhood.

Perfect package

This property is attractive, well located and has great hosting. Tasteful interiors with gorgeous kitchen. The private pool, spa and backyard are quiet and lush complete with your own fruit trees. Location is close to downtown, shops and, for those early flights, just minutes from airports. Best are the stellar hosts. Caitlin responded within minutes to questions and requests from helping us navigate ROKU to restaurant options. We felt like honored guests and will return next year.

Did not want to leave

We were so happy to have found this lovely home to stay in while our new place was built. We had 5 marvelous months of happiness and would have been happy to stay longer. The Hosts are the BEST, went out of their way to accommodate us. The home is comfortable and up to date and the location couldn't be better. We are already thinking of renting it for a month in the summer nest year.

Wonderful home away from home

We just spent several months "snowbirding" at this wonderful home in the Los Compadres neighborhood in south Palm Springs. We've stayed in many rentals over the years and this one was, by far, our favorite. The layout of the home is spacious and open and worked well when it was just the two of us or when we had guests. The primary bedroom and bathroom were huge -- ample storage, large spacious bathroom and walk in closet. Slider in the bedroom leads to the private backyard. There are two guest bedrooms and one has an en-suite and is located at the other end of the home making it totally private for our guests. The living room, dining room, kitchen and reading nook were nicely decorated in a modern, neutral style that added to the overall feeling of relaxation. The sliders opening to the private backyard brought so much light into the space and created a nice integration between indoors and outdoors. We loved the private backyard and so did our dogs. We enjoyed the spa nightly and loved how quiet and peaceful the entire space was. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and golf course and loved having access to shopping and dining in any direction just minutes away. Our hosts, Nick and Caitlin, were wonderful to deal with - responsive, communicative and helpful when we had issues. A true pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to return to this house and will be recommending it to family and friends should they decide to visit the desert. Five stars all the way!

Idyllic escape with lightening fast internet

Couldn't have asked for a better Palm Springs getaway. Everything was perfect: the pool was entirely private, the internet was lightening fast and completely reliable, the kitchen was well appointed, the bed was heavenly. Ripe citrus in the back yard were a delightful bonus. This is one I'd come back to.

Amazing property

The property was amazing. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Spacious living room dining room area. Kitchen family room overlooking the pool. Which was incredible. The hosts were generous and always available. I would recommend this property to anyone. And pet friendly

A surreal, little corner

My sister and I stayed here for a month, and it was absolutely wonderful. The house is open and light, Nick and Caitlin were great about communicating, and the location is close enough to everything without being too close. The whole month felt surreal.

The Los Compadres neighborhood is our favorite area in Palm Springs. Our gated street is serene, nearby to golf and gorgeous walks and horse trails, and has stunning mountain views. It's a short drive or bike ride to downtown Palm Springs - restaurants, shopping, art and vintage galleries.
