Vacation in style at this Midcentury-themed Alexander home with the architectural integrity of its original creation, redesigned with modern appointments that will leave you in awe of its wonder. This stunning mid-century gem is located in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood and features a dreamy 20x20 circular designed pool that's four-and-a-half feet deep. With a south-facing yard, the views of the mountains and aerial tramway are amazing. Walking into this stylish new Palm Springs vacation rental, you'll find fabulous new furnishings with walls of glass looking outside to the pool area. With an open floor plan, it's easy to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends and family. The interior features vaulted natural wood tongue and groove ceilings and polished concrete floors in the living room that accentuate the retro decor and airy feel. The kitchen has been designed with custom soft close cabinets and gorgeous quartz counters with a waterfall edge on the center island, and it's also fully equipped for preparing a gourmet meal for the whole gang. Step outside and sit under the desert stars while enjoying a cocktail with friends, or float in the circular pool while enjoying the surrounding mountain views. In the evening gather around the fire pit and enjoy time with your guests or unwind in the above-ground hot tub as the stars twinkle above.

Sitting in North Palm Springs, you will be less than a mile from downtown and close to the base of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway for unlimited fun mere minutes from your front door. When you head into town, be sure to stop into the many eclectic shops and restaurants that make Palm Springs unique. A few local favorite places to grab a bite are Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky's, Farm, Rooster and the Pig (takeout only). For a bit more fun, casinos, golf courses, and museums also call this desert valley home! Not to mention, Mount San Jacinto State Park and Joshua Tree National Park are also within 35 miles for outdoor excursions.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Desert Dream House

Cutest MC house in a great location and near historic homes and downtown. The pool and backyard were a great respite after touring all day. Comfortable beds and layout for adults or families.

Comfortable Beds, Stylish and Not Cluttered

We had a great stay in this house—it's one of the best rentals we've ever experienced. The beds were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets for those who needed them. While the house was perfectly stocked, well decorated, and stylish, it never veered into being too cluttered. I also found the interaction between the manager and owner perfect—not too much and not too little. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Great stay in a mid century modern home

Wonderful home! everything you would need is there. Only issues were that the firepit didn't work and the Wifi was spotty at best which impacted the Roku TV sets. Loved the decorating and attention to detail. Only minor issue of the location is that it is in direct path of planes taking off early in the am which didn't bother us since we turned on a portable fan to drown out the noise. The backyard was wonderful and had great views of the mountains.

The house and backyard were amazing. I had conflicting information on checkin and access codes. I was actually given access to another property along with this house. This made me question the security and information sharing.

Great property, controlled temp a problem

This property is great. Everything you need is available. It is clean and perfectly Palm Springs. The only issue is the controlled temperature in the summer. The lowest the temperature will go is 76 degrees. That can make the summer days/nights very difficult for older or more sensitive clients. The property should anticipate a lower temperature need in the summer. A must to be honest.

An absolute gem!

This home is wonderful. Well laid out, bright, spacious, comfortable, tasteful decor, little thoughtful touches throughout. Better than it looks in the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would say the only annoyance was the fact that in the listing it doesn’t note that you have to pay for pool heat. That’s only mentioned after your reservation is made and easily missed. That resulted in us needing to track down Vacasa agents who were willing to help, which wasn’t so easy. Texts went unanswered and once the local cell number I was given was answered by an angry woman who said she has nothing to do with the company! But after appealing several times, someone finally showed up to turn the pool heat on, and after a bit of argument they didn’t charge us for the day it took to heat up. Honestly, the property was delightful and we hope to return!

Palm Springs Vacation

We had a fabulous time! The house was gorgeous, chic and spotless. We felt right at home. I highly recommend this rental. It was very close to restaurants and hiking trails. The pool/ hot tub and patio space were just right. The interior was lovely. It had everything we needed for the perfect family gathering. I would absolutely rent this house again next time I go to Palm Springs!

Fabulous outdoor space

Our memories will always center on the wonderful outdoor space- pool, gas fire pit, lovely landscaping w/ flowering bougainvillea, gas grill, multiple seating areas and a view of the mountains. It was delightful. The home itself was very well stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen, bathroom and for the pool/outdoors. We knew from reading reviews that the home was near the flight path. The flights are infrequent and did not bother us at all although they are noticeable. Finally, whenever we had questions, our phone calls were answered quickly and we always received exceptional service. We will definitely return!

Ah-Mazing

Gosh, where to begin? This home offers COMFORT and EASE at every level. Not to mention, it's absolutely beautiful. From the cozy interior design to the intentional landscaping, it's been the perfect setting for our home away from home. We felt like the location was also so clutch. We were only 10 mins away from everything - delicious restaurants, the gorgeous mountain (definitely recommend everyone checks out the Aerial Tram!), nights out on the town. We felt so divinely aligned during our stay. Gratitude to the team who upkeeps the house and grounds. Gratitude to the moon for shining down on us during our stay.

Cannot Wait to Return!

Loved this Palm Springs home in a quiet neighborhood for a weekend with my sisters and Dad. We thought it was too cool outside for the pool in January, but the separate hot tub was perfect! Comfortable beds and family room furniture. We were able to easily login to our online account to watch a movie on the tv. Be aware of the strict noise ordinances for all Palm Springs properties. This was not an issue for us, but something we did not know about before booking. We had a late checkin and had to go to the office the next day to complete the paperwork. Again, not a problem for us, but something to be aware of ahead of time. Would definintely stay here again!
