Great Vacation Home

Great house, very clean and inviting. It’s the perfect property for a quick getaway to Orlando. The house was equipped with all the essentials and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This location was beautiful, clean and great communication.

Everything was as expected. Manager Fernando was great always responded within minutes and the home was beautiful.

Great place to stay!!!

This was a great place to visit!!! The manager had great communication and was available if needed. He had everything set up for us which made getting into the community simple. The house was so clean and spacious, nice variety of cooking appliances and cleaning supplies. We loved the closed in pool area. Must check this property out!!!!

Family Christmas Vacation

This property is a nice home in a resort-like community with lots of amenities. It’s in an ideal location with Publix and other stores nearby. The communication was excellent with the hosts from the beginning to the end of our stay. Thanks Fernando and Carmen!

Exceptional home and service.

The home was nicer than the pictures portray. It was well stocked with everything you needed and close to club house. The area is also very secure with a gated entrance and patrol car regularly driving through. The property manger was very responsive and immediately responded to a issue we had with the door upon arrival. The pool was also well maintained. I would definitely recommend this home.

Nice house-new

House was very new! Which means clean and great shape! Cons: No patio furniture so if you are outside you have to be in the pool of sat on the ground! Their was sand used to fill between the patio stones which lead to sand in pool and on your feet when going in the house! Owners and manager were amazing at responding to any concerns!

Family vacay

The house was nice the kids loved it but we did have trash still left in some areas. I was kinda of bothered by there being 3 tvs in a five bedroom home. But we made the best of it. Even though i did have insurance i seen a claim for garage door opener and we were only ever operating one latch the whole 9 day stay because it was already broke. The community was perfect

Great rental property

Check in process was easy. Once you get a pass for your car, getting through the gate was a breeze. The home had plenty of space for our family. Beds were very comfy. There was plenty of towels and spare sheets. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and cookware Location worked great for us, it's close to the parks and other attractions. We went out to Idrive one night and it was only a $35 cab to icon park. Close to target and Walmart as well as many other stores. Windsor Island community and clubhouse were great. We found all staff to be friendly and courteous. The clubhouse was clean and well laid out. You need to get to the clubhouse by 10am to get chairs, otherwise they will all be taken. Fernando the property manager was fantastic to deal with, he responded almost immediately to all questions and concerns. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our stay at this Windsor Island Resort home was absolutely fabulous! Everything is brand new, both within the subdivision and within the home. If you are looking for a very clean, safe and secure, and seamless entry, then this is the place! Communication with the property manager was met with instantaneous responses via text, all fixtures and furniture within the home were brand new, and the pool with a lanai in back was perfect for our 10 and 7-year-olds. One of the best features of our stay was not only our home, but the resort amenities. There are two waterslides, a long lazy river, a bucket dump area, and a very good sized pool accompanied by a poolside bar just a few steps away. There are a lot of choices in the Orlando area, but very few are as clean, new, and as well kept as this home and resort. Stop looking now. Just book it!

Dirty bathroom with hair allover the bathtub and walls, light hanging by the wires over the tub.

This property should not be listed on vrbo. Upon arrival we find a lock box with a key inside? A key???? Previous renters could make a copy and enter the house whenever they want to. How is this safe for us????? In the bathroom with a bathtub there was long hair all over the tub and allover the wall and a light hanging by the wires over the tub, the blinds leading to the pool area were broken 2 blinds were laying on the floor. The resort pamphlet said park in the garage or driveway, vehicles were parked all along the street blocking us in on numerous occasions. The resort pool area was over run by local teenagers who weren't paying thousands of dollars to stay there! Back to the bathroom, it took 4 days to get the light fixed, we eventually bought gloves and cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. This is not what we expect from vrbo. We will not be back to this property or resort.

It was a beautiful rental property, well taken care of.

Great location!

Brand new, very clean home. We stayed three nights and went to Disney both days. Our kids loved the home as well. It was close enough to be able to take an afternoon break and dip in the pool. Only things that I would change- there were no pool towels available and also no wash cloths for bathing. Also, the coffee maker is a traditional coffee pot and no keurig available. We would definitely stay again!

Clean and spacious home, great community amenities!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is in a resort/retirement community and has wonderful amenities such as: mini golf, a lazy river, pool, basketball courts, pool side restaurants, an arcade (free to play), and a fitness center. The grounds of the community are well kept, and trash is picked up daily from the homes. Once we arrived, we did not have any issues at the gate, nor gaining access to the home. The kitchen was very large and accommodating and was stocked with cleaning supplies, dishes, cookware, coffee filters, and so many other things that we didn’t think we would need. The washer, dryer, vacuum, brooms and mop were so helpful to keep things cleaned day by day. The screened in heated pool was a treasure and had lights off different colors to illuminate the pool for night time dips! Fernando was very pleasant to communicate with as his responses were always prompt and helpful. When we had guests, we didn’t realize that the names would need to be added to the Vrbo guest list. Once we spoke with Fernando to add the guests he did so expeditiously as our guests were waiting at the gate. Overall, our time spent at the house was very relaxing! Although there was only one TV in the home during our stay, it made for great family time, and the kids found more creative things to do without the TVs. Highly recommend this property!

House is practically brand new, very spacious, spotless and clean, & close to everything in Orlando

We had a wonderful stay at this property. This house is literally brand new - you can smell the fresh paint. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. The pool is a wonderful place to relax after a long day. The beds are very comfortable. The couch and loveseat are also very comfortable for watching TV. And to reiterate - everything in the house is brand new from the TV, furniture, cookware, utensils, kitchen appliances, you name it. Fernando, the property manager, and his assistant Carmen were immediately responsive to any questions and things that came up. I cannot stress how important that is - to have someone answer right away. The community center - the pool with a massive outdoor bar, lazy river, putt putt, etc. is a fantastic place to chill and relax. Again - it's all brand new so unlike some of the older communities in Orlando, you feel like you are the first people to use it. Disney, Universal, I-Drive, and I-4 are all very close by, a few minutes depending on what time you go. You'll have a Publix and a CVS about 1 minute away. Also, a lot of local and chain restaurants a few minutes drive in any direction. Overall, a great stay at this property and we will certainly return here in the future. It get's an A+ from me on this one.
