Parking Rules

These HOA rules are strictly enforced and are shared to help you avoid towing, fines, or loss of access to the community.

Quick Summary

**Allowed:**

* Maximum of **2 vehicles total**
* Vehicles parked **fully on the driveway only**

**Not Allowed:**

* More than 2 vehicles anywhere in the community
* Street parking
* Parking on the grass, sidewalk, or outside the driveway
* Any part of the vehicle extending off the driveway

Full Parking Rules

Only **2 vehicles total** are allowed in the community for this reservation. No additional vehicles are permitted anywhere in the community.

Both vehicles must be parked completely on the driveway. No part of the vehicle, including tires, bumpers, mirrors, or any portion of the car, may extend onto the grass, sidewalk, street, or outside the driveway area.

Street parking is not allowed under any circumstances.

Important Consequences

If these rules are violated, the HOA may revoke the gate code. If that happens, we cannot restore access, override the HOA, or provide another way into the community.

The HOA strictly enforces parking rules, and there have already been multiple towings this year. Vehicles may be towed at the guest’s or vehicle owner’s expense, and fines may also be issued.

Pool and Spa Heating

Pool and spa heating is available for **$65 per day**.

Pool/spa heat is recommended from **October through April**, especially if you would like the water to be more comfortable during cooler weather.

Please let us know before or during your stay if you would like pool/spa heating added. We are happy to assist.
