This beautiful unit is located on the 5th floor of Aqua Resort, allowing you to enjoy the high-rise life while being low to the ground! You and your party will be able to spread out and relax in this recently updated Aqua unit! As you enter your future getaway home, you will be in love with the floor-to-ceiling balcony windows.

Making your favorite local cuisine has been made each with a fully stocked kitchen. The open layout of this unit makes it easy for you to gather together while being spread out! No matter what you decide to do Aqua 505 has everything you will need to ensure your vacation runs smoothly!

Within walking distance of Pier Park (less than one mile) this luxury resort features amenities like a Whirlpool Grotto, Indoor pool, Gulf Front Outdoor pools, on-site Fitness Center, Cafe, and rich tropical settings to get you ready to enter your vacation dream home. Your family living area is richly appointed throughout with an open setting to both dining and kitchen activities and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors to let the Florida sunshine in.

**Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes BEFORE arrival.

Our only complaint was that our garage code did not work. We had to get it from the security guard. However, we will definitely stay again! A wonderful property.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent. The property was clean and very comfortable. We were given the wrong codes to the garage, pool. Our door was the only code that worked. We had to ask other occupants or maintenance for help. We were unable to get the TV to work. Instructions I was given didn't work. I texted twice and called and left messages twice and didn't receive a reply.

Aqua Resort is a great location for all your needs! The condo was very clean as was the pool and hot tub with an excellent view of the ocean. Will definitely be staying again!!

True to listing. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Just wished we would have known every floor has a trash disposal point located on the ends of the floor, you have to call security for the car parking code upon arrival and lastly bring your own condiments. The view was breathtaking and centrally located to everything. Will definitely come back.

Hot tub too small for the size of the property. Beach chairs were nice to have, but not accommodating for the number ofGuest in the condo. Excellent ocean view and the condo was stock as advertised. The 2 small issues we had were rectified in a reasonable amount of time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first day we had to sit in a hot condo. It was 78 degrees and I had an elderly person with me. I called and left several message before they finally sent someone at 930 at night. It ruined the first evening. I had to wait for the air conditioner guy to show and the breakers were off. I asked the office call for some kind of compensation since it ruined our evening, they said they would call back on Thursday, they never did. The bedding was dated. I won’t stay again.

Great Spot!

Our family stayed here for the Ironman race and the location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. Place was just as described and we will definitely consider staying here again!

My family and I enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for what we needed.

It was a great condo for the price, and Blue Swell was very easy to work with. I will definitely look into renting from them again.

Family Vacay

Property was as described. Plenty of room in the condo- just need a lot of seating for our family of 8. Beach chair service is a plus! Overall, the property is great. Just minutes from attractions like Pier Park.

Christmas Vacation!

We love the set up of our rooms. There is plenty of room for the adults and the kids to have space. The view from our room is breath taking! The parking garage is very convenient. Location is perfect for seeing all the sights. We always enjoy our stay!
