This new home is in the heart of Nashville and in the center of the Music. Sits right off of Music Row and you and your friends get to enjoy this modernized home surrounded by five other brand new homes! The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live. The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and security cameras. They aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior. After looking and if interested, inquire on how to "get the FEES down" and/or "get a FREE fourth night"

GUEST WHO HAVE A PARTY OF 10 OR MORE AND BOOK FOR THREE NIGHTS THAT INCLUDE A WEEKEND GET A FOURTH NIGHT free if you'd like or the possibility of early check-in and/or late check out. Normal bookings are 3 p.m. check-in and noon checkout but are subject to availability. Inquire with me about any questions related to this booking and/or avoiding any fees!

This house was completed in early 2022!! and I'm constantly working to make it better; I truly love the home and I think you will too. There isn't too much not to like. Please reach out directly to the Owner if you have any questions about the occupancy and the availability to host your group.

The home is equipped to host your large group and we know you will simply love the finishes, the location, the newness of the home and the proximity you have to everything!! Don't hesitate to ask any questions about the place. The multiple beds make sure that any large group is very comfortable and also makes sure that you do not necessarily have to share beds unless you want to. We really look forward to hosting you and/or your large group!! Please reach out directly to the Owner if you have any questions about the occupancy. This house is in the Gulch South. It's set up to allow for accommodations for very large groups. Please inquire for details!
