All you need is your beach towels and golf clubs!

Step into your property and you will notice the open layout and comfortable feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make coffee in the mornings to full meals after a long day at the beach. The living area has a large TV, which is perfect for movie nights, and plenty of seating for everyone! The Master Bedroom features a King bed and its own en suite bathroom. The Guest Room has 2 Queen beds, twin over twin bunk beds built into the closet, and its own TV as well as an additional bathroom just steps away!

The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, or play some shuffle board or basketball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment.

The Club fitness center fee is $15 a day per person or $50 a week per unit.
$100 plus tax for tennis - this is for the week for the unit
$100 plus tax for pickle ball - this is for the week for the unit
$150 plus tax for a combo court of tennis and pickle ball - this is for the week for the unit

Registration Fee Changes Starting April 1, 2026 ( not included in grand total )
Beginning April 1, the fees for registering at EdgeWater Beach Resort will change to the following:
Base registration for all guests that includes one Resort Access Pass: $50 if completed at least one day prior to arrival; $75 if completed the same day as arrival
Registration is required for all guests, with or without a vehicle.
Second Resort Access Pass: $50
Third Resort Access Pass $100

Booking Details:
4-night stays from (May 24th - August 2nd) with check-in/check-out Sat/Sun
5-night stays (March 5 – April 23) with check-in/check-out on Sat/Sun
Monthly rentals available in January & February
Max stay of 2 weeks from March – November (Special requests may be accommodated)
Minimum age to book: 25
