*THERE IS A NEW PROPERTY FEE CHARGE OF 50$. This includes one parking pass. Host will register each guest and parking pass will be provided at the gate. Any additional vehicles are 30$.

Updated floors and cabinets and both bathroom showers have been totally tiled and ready for use.

Welcome to a first floor one-bedroom unit (850 sq. feet). Our unit has been decorated to be our home away from home. Not just a rental, but a get away for us too. It is very conveniently located to the walking bridge that takes you to the gulf, lagoon pool, Edgies convenience store, and Oceans, a great restaurant. There are eleven pools on the property along with tennis courts, basketball courts, and a 9-hole golf course. The pools are for your enjoyment, but the other facilities require a small fee. If you don't want to walk to gulf side, there is a shuttle that will pick you up and drive you over.

As far as anything you might need while you are relaxing on your vacation, we think we have it all. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary items. The bedroom has two queen beds with wonderful mattresses, and the sofa sleeper is one of the best. We have spared no expense to make this condo extremely comfortable. There are two bathrooms which makes showering and getting ready for outings easy for a maximum of six people. It will accommodate six, but four adults are way more comfortable than six adults.

Property owner what extremely nice, extremely close to the beach, less than a five minute walk, we were there for a convention, and it was in the same complex. Would stay again.

Way better than expected. Condo was super clean and perfect for our family. We were in Edgewater for a dance competition and this condo was extremely close to the convention center and the bridge that takes you to the ocean. We had a great time!

A Great Stay in a Great Rental

Mother daughter trip

This property was perfect for just the two of us. It would even be great for a young family. We have stayed a lot of places that say that they provide everything you need and don’t. This property truly provided everything. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable. There’s access to all of the TV streaming apps. And the location is great! We will definitely be staying in the future.

Great Condo

The condo looked just like the pictures online. It was clean and fully stocked for any meal you desire to cook. Located in center of PCB. I also felt very safe with the security at front entrance. Also, Edgewater runs a tram that will pick you up at your front door and take you to beach entrance or large pool area. Overall, my family and I loved the condo and will surely stay here again. We can't wait to return.

Stress Free Trip/Amazing Host

The condo is exactly as listed (if not better) and the location is perfect. A pool is directly on the side of the building for very easy access. The tram stop is within 20-30 feet but you can also call the trams and they will come straight to your door. Many times we'd just walk over the bridge to the main pool or beach because this condo is SO CLOSE! Most importantly, Beth was AMAZING! She was quick to reply through the booking process. She sent me everything I'd need days before our trip so I knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. (This was so appreciated since we traveled with 3 kids and travel days can be chaotic.) Beth even checked in and was available during our stay in case we had any questions or concerns. We ordered WalMart delivery on our first night so we had plenty of groceries and extra toiletries, but Beth supplied enough to get us through most of our long weekend. This was such a stress free experience and I can't say enough amazing things. Thank you so much, Beth! We will be returning!

Perfect home away from home

Everything about this booking and stay was perfect. The condo and its location was perfect. It was very well stocked with anything and everything we would need to cook. The pool and beach were a closer walk than I had expected and the frequency of tram was great for when we wanted a ride. It was also an amazing location for the convention center and easy access for walking or driving to restaurants and stores off site. Owner gave great communication and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and great location

This villa was very clean and accommodating. The location was great due to the proximity to the walkover to get to the beach. It’s on the first floor and we were able to park about 5 steps from the door, which made unpacking/packing luggage very convenient. We were so thankful for the beach umbrella provided on the back patio and used it daily. The owner was very kind and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfection!!!

Beautiful condo, I cannot express how beautiful this condo was, and it was fully furnished with everything we needed, tastefully decorated and the owners were super nice and friendly. We could not have asked for a better play to stay. This was perfect for my wife and two small children. We will definitely be coming back again!! I would highly recommend this unit.

The AMENITIES!!

This place offered so much more than we expected! You literally have your own marsh in the backyard where you can watch and feed the turtles and be entertained watching herons hunt for fish. The tram stop is just a few steps away and will get you super close to the beach, but the walk is extremely enjoyable too! The condo is great and had everything we needed, including those pesky things you sometimes kick yourself for not bringing (salt and pepper, sugar, etc). We had such a fantastic time and enjoyed the place so much. Beth was so responsive and helpful during the entire stay. We will undoubtedly be back!

Phenomenal

The owner is absolutely a delight. She is very responsive and was so accommodating for our needs. She insured that we had our passes for the cars and key code in plenty of time, prior to arrival. Absolutely a Fab place to stay! So CLEAN! The trolley was very convenient taking to the pool and beach.

We love staying at Edgewater Golf Villas. Just a short easy walk to the pool and beach. This villa is super clean and just right for my daughter and myself. We have stayed in this villa 2 summers now, but have experienced other villas as well. We will continue to stay in this specific one because of the friendly hospitality of the owners, they make sure your stay is enjoyable and you have everything you need. I enjoy giving my business to a couple that is easy to work with and treats you as friends. WE LOVE IT
