Very good choice.

We had four adults and one one year old, and the cabin accommodated us very well. We were all very pleased. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing that size cabin. If I ever get the chance to I’ll definitely stay there again. Also, the customer service was excellent.

Not an enjoyable vacation

It all started with the hassle of renting from this company. I have never had to give them a copy of my license. I didn’t rent the property. My husband did. Then we were called to tell us that the cabin wasn’t ready till 4:30. Check in is at 4:00. Oh and they make sure to let you know that check in isn’t until 4:00 by texting you at 3:00. To remind you. I was told they would call me when it was ready. No call. Oh and no e-mail to tell me the address. I had to call them and ask if we could go to our cabin and what was the address. When we go in the hot tub was not working. So we used the alexia around 4:45 - 5:00 and let the property manager know and they did call me and said she would send maintenance. I guess she meant the next day. He showed up at 9:00! Said it was the breaker so we are like cool. The hot tub was now on and heating up. We go into town around 10:30am and have fun. Get back to the cabin at 7:00pm. Hot tub is cold and off obviously the breaker blew again. Everyone knows how long it takes to heat up a hot tub. If you don’t well it takes longer than 4 hours at least this one wasn’t up to 90 at midnight! Also the 2nd night one of the smoke detectors started beeping (low battery) everyone downstairs was kept awake all night with this annoying beeping. Needless to say we ware not happy with this company and will not use them again!

Stay was okay for the weekend

Cabin was clean but desperately needed some upgrades/issues fixed. Downstairs beds needed to be replaced due to one being unbearablely uncomfortable (Basicly laying on box springs) and the other broken somewhere (Your head was sitting lower than your feet). Couches in living room needed to be replaced due to wear and tear. Railings also were majorly rotten in places when coming up steps. Parking is limited to 3 cars which is fine but wasn't included in description. All was reported to management in regards to our stay and was going to be reported to owner to be fixed for next guest. If all things listed are fixed then this would be a good place to stay.
