The Preserve at Grayton Beach is a quiet, exclusive and gated community right on scenic highway 30A. The neighborhood features custom built cottage style homes with state of the art amenities.The location puts you within walking or biking distance from all the area's popular spots. Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mabel, Red Fish Taco, McTighes, Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue mountain Bakery, Redd's and For the Health of It are close by. Rent a bike for Big Daddy bikes and check out the 30A area.

Great house across from the pool!

We had a great week at this house with no complaints! One of the neighborhood pools is directly across from the house which is nice for kids in the family who want to go jump in throughout the day. The private boardwalk beach access is nice too and partly in the shade. We love this neighborhood for its family friendly environment and so close to 30a to ride bikes on all the trails.

Great stay at perfect location.

We have stayed at a few different homes in this neighborhood and loved this one. One of the best deals we have encountered and best location near front of neighborhood…much closer walk to private beach. Loved the newly surfaced pickleball courts and super quiet neighborhood along with the huge porch in front and the deck in back. Will definitely be back.

Great house

We loved the house, very clean, lots of room, the kitchen was well stocked, and a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful beach house

Wonderful beach property. Quiet safe family neighborhood. Short walk to beach on boardwalk. Ice cream close by. Love the trail along 30A. Will hope to be back!

Person we spoke to while we were there was available and nice! Just texted her twice .No Wake Zone was a win!!!

Highly recommend! Wonderful place to stay!

This home is very comfortable and well-appointed. My extended family of 12 including 6 children all fit very comfortably and found the place to be wonderful for unwinding during breaks from the beach etc. The walk to the beach was totally fine–a lovely little boardwalk through nature. It'd say it was 10 min tops (probably less). We appreciated the boogie boards they had at the house and large kitchen. Overall, highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for multiple families. With the three king bedrooms, it was the perfect accommodation offering ample of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and the home self was warm and welcoming. The property management team were great to deal with and very quick to respond.

A slice of paradise

The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The home is gorgeous and spacious for a big family. The center of Seaside is about 3.5 miles away. Seaside can get crowded, so I was happy to be a little further away. I am an avid runner and the run was scenic all the way to the center of Seaside. My husband followed with an electric bike rented at Big Daddy, located a mile away. The eateries in the area are amazing. The beach access is across the street and an easy walk path. The beach is breathtaking. The Publix is nearby. The neighborhoods in the area are worth visiting, Rosemary and Aly’s. It was a great time for the family and the right start for the new year. Looking forward to visiting again.

We Love This Place

We have stayed in this house before and was glad the new owners are still renting it. Convenient, Quiet, Secure. We found some of the dishes and silverware had been put away with food still on them. Just loaded up the dishwasher and let it do the work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great -- spacious rooms, clean, had all the amenities we needed. It worked great for our family. I would just clarify that the beach access was more like a 12-15 minute walk, which includes needing to walk an extra few minutes on the beach to get to the public beaches (the boardwalk leads directly to a private beach where the Preserve does not have access). Still very convenient and the beach itself was beautiful and not at all crowded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spacious and well decorated. Loved the 2 porches for early mornings and evenings relaxing. The walkway to the beach was easy to walk even with my handicap. The home was directly across the street from one of the pools and the entrance to the walkway. The walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop was 3 miles round trip so too far for me but my son and his wife made the walk each morning for the exercise. I would recommend this rental.

Perfect Place

We loved everything about this home Look and feel - the home is spacious and comfortable. the hardwood floors are gorgeous, the appliances all modern, the beds and coaches are very comfy. Location - we loved being right off the bike trails and went biking along 30a every day. We ate in great local restaurants and could not resist the local ice cream place. Easy access to the beach as you cross 30A and walk along a long board walk through the trees and to the beach. Neighborhood - The preserve neighborhood was really nice to walk around. Everyone was very friendly whether long term residents or vacationing families. Host - our host was very responsive to any questions we had (the gate codes changed the day we got there) and mailed us an electrical charger we accidentally left in the home.
