Beautiful Spacious home with large heated Pool - Summer Fun and Winter Escapes

Relax with the whole family at this spacious place to stay. From Southbend Lakes you have great access to all that Port St Lucie has to offer. Great transport access north and south from major roads but in a beautiful quiet location.
C24 canal boat ramp is right around the corner, so bring the boat! Ocean access and the St Lucie River are close by and accessible from here

Veterans Memorial boat ramp is close too and from either of these boat ramps you have access to the St Lucie River, Indian River Lagoon, and the ocean.


For those interested in the spring training for the Mets this happens through March and Clover Park is under 20 minutes away

The house has ample space. As you enter, the large dining room is on your left with table big enough for 8 persons. On the right is one of the two twin bedrooms. Continuing on, the well equipped kitchen and dinette is to your left, and to the rear is the family room.

The four bedrooms are split plan. The spacious master bedroom is to the left and features a desk / workspace, as well as a cabana bathroom with private access to the pool area. The other bedrooms, a Queen and two bedrooms with two Twin Beds each are located on the right side of the house, with a shared bathroom located between the queen bedroom and the second twin bedroom.

Our pool is heated year round, and has a large screened patio area with exterior dining options, seating and sunbeds.

Come enjoy the house, patio, pool, beaches and the sun as well as all that St Lucie county and the treasure coast has to offer.

You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage which is used for storage.

Lovely quiet location on a quiet residential location close to C24 Canal, so easy boat access for the boaters or just a bit of time hanging out. there are picnic seats etc.

Parking for 4 cars on the driveway. Access to the garage is not included. No parking on the grass or in the street. No heavy or commercial vehicles
