Nestled in Port St. Lucie’s serene Sandpiper Bay neighborhood, Lanai on the Links is a charming and newly renovated 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom pet friendly pool home located on the 11th hole of the Sandpiper Bay Golf Club. With a beautiful view of the course, the screened-in back patio features a heated pool and expansive sitting area. Inside, the open layout is perfect for families to relax, unwind, and have fun. Our home features a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, couch, and desk. The third bedroom features two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen has a large island and is fully outfitted with modern appliances and everything you need to make and enjoy a delicious meal. Beyond the kitchen is a large dining table, sitting area, and comfortable living room with a large TV and pull-out sofa. Lanai on the Links is conveniently located, with the public Sandpiper Bay Golf Club and the Sandpiper Bay resort (day passes are available!) right down the street. Less than a mile away is Port St. Lucie’s Saints public golf course, featuring a restaurant and bar with live music. Shopping, restaurants, the Botanical Gardens, and access to US1 are all less than 5 minutes away. Stuart and Jensen Beach, including public ocean beaches, are all less than 20 minutes away.
